Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify laying of tiles by sticking a backing member having a larger size than a tile on the back of the tile in shifting condition by a fixed size, and insuring a prescribed width of joint at the same time of laying of the tiles. CONSTITUTION:A backing member 2 having larger size than a tile 1 is stuck on the back of the tile 1 in shifting condition by a fixed size. Furthermore if necessary, cushioning material such as foaming material is stuck on the back of the backing member 2. Simultaneously at laying the tiles, a prescribed joint width can be insured. Hereby, the tile of excellent strength and easy execution can be obtained.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Tiles are widely used, for example, as laid on floor surfaces. Conventional tiles, such as the one seen in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 56-71836, are known, and because the laying on the floor is done by the so-called wet method using mortar etc., the installation site has long been Even if you do, it will get dirty. In addition, when laying, it is necessary to leave a certain gap between adjacent tiles so that the joints can pass through, but it requires considerable skill to make the joint dimensions constant; was unable to lay tiles. Additionally, the tiles themselves were weak and were frequently damaged. Furthermore, since the ceramic that makes up the tile is rigid, it also has the disadvantage that sound and impact propagate through it. Furthermore, since tiles are attached to the floor by pressure bonding with mortar etc., even if one of the tiles is damaged, the entire tile will have to be removed.
Maintenance had to be extensive. An object of the present invention is to provide a tile panel that solves the above-mentioned drawbacks.

The tile panel of the present invention is characterized in that a backing material having a larger dimension than the tile is bonded to the back surface of the tile with a fixed dimension shift. Moreover, in addition to the above-mentioned characteristics, a foam material is bonded to the back surface of the backing material. Furthermore, the tile panel of the present invention is characterized in that a backing material is bonded to the back surface of the tile, and a foam material having a larger dimension than the backing material is bonded to the back surface of the backing material with a fixed dimension shift.

[Example] (Example 1) Example 1 will be described based on FIG. In the tile panel of this example, a backing material 2 having a larger dimension than the tile is joined to the back surface of a tile 1 with a fixed dimension shift. As the tile 1, for example, a ceramic tile or the like is used. As the backing material 2, a material having a predetermined strength is used, and for example, a metal plate, a plywood board, a cement board, etc. may be used. The tile 1 and the backing material 2 may be bonded, for example, with an adhesive. The backing material 2 shown in FIG.
-a) is designed to be larger. In this example, the left edge of the tile 1 is arranged and bonded so that it protrudes from the left edge of the backing material 2 by an amount a. Therefore, the right edge of the tile 1 and the right edge of the backing material 2 are shifted by b. To lay this tile panel, as shown in FIG. 2, the tile panels can be pasted together with the staggered and joined portions overlapped. If the staggered and joined portions are overlapped and pasted, a gap 7 of (b-a) will be naturally formed between adjacent tiles. This gap 7 becomes the joint size. Therefore, as long as dimensions a and b are accurately finished during tile panel manufacturing, those dimensions will be the same as the finishing accuracy at the time of laying, so it can be easily done at the installation site without the need for a skilled installer. Laying can be performed with high precision. Note that the tile panel can be bonded to the floor 5 using, for example, an adhesive, and therefore it is possible to install the tile panel without soiling the site. (Example 2) Example 2 is shown in FIG. In this example, a foam material 3 is bonded to the back surface of the backing material 2 of the tile panel of Example 1. Other points are the same as in Example 1. As the foam material, for example, foamed polyethylene or foamed urethane may be used. According to this example, it is possible to absorb impact sound and reduce impact on the human body. (Example 3) FIG. 4 shows a tile panel according to a third example. In this example, a backing material 2 is bonded to the back side of the tile (■), and a foam material 3 having a size (b - a) larger than the backing material 2 is attached to the back side of the backing material 2, or a foam material 3 is attached to the back side of the backing material 2 by a certain distance (a). It is joined. The other points are the same as in the second embodiment. [Effects of the Invention] The present invention has the following various effects. (Claim 1) According to the present invention, it is possible to easily install the tiles without requiring any skill, and maintenance is easy because only - tiles can be replaced. Furthermore, even if the strength of the tile itself is not as expected, the overall strength is improved because the backing material is bonded. (Claim 2, Claim 3) In addition to the effect of the above-mentioned claim 1, it has a buffering effect.
