形し、この押し出された未硬化状態の成形物をそのまま
養生硬化させるか、プレス成形等により表面に模様を形
成したのち、養生硬化させるなどして所望の建築材を製
造するようにしている。 なお、押出成形機の金型から押し出された成形体は、未
硬化の状態でまだ柔らかいため、押し出されてくると直
ちに押出速度と略等しい速度で下方からその成形体に沿
う形状のトレイで受け、このトレイにより支持して形く
ずれしないようにしたのち、トレイに載せた状態でコン
ベヤ等を使ってプレス成形や養生などの次工程へ移送す
るようにしている。 因に、コーナー材等のように断面略へ字形をした役物を
押出成形する場合、その押出成形体を受けるトレイもこ
の押出成形体と同様に略へ字形のものを使用しているが
、押し出された成形体をこのような断回路へ字形のトレ
イで受ける場合、押し出されてくる成形体の屈曲部の稜
線(通り芯)がトレイの屈曲部の稜線に押出方向に沿っ
て合致した状態で載るようにトレイを移送させる必要か

イの移送装置30を先に提案している。 すなわち、この移送装置30は、押出成形機31および
金型32の下部に位置決めロール33を設け、このロー
ル33の凹部34にコンベヤ35に載って送られてくる
トレイ36の屈曲部(山部)37を係合させることで、
トレイ36の幅にバラツキがあっても金型32から押し
出されてくる成形体38の屈曲部の稜線とトレイ36の
屈曲部の稜線とを常に合致した状態にすると言う優れた
ものである。 しかしながら、この移送装置30の場合、トレイ36の
高さ方向の寸法にバラツキがある場合、あるいは、使用
開始時に寸法精度の良いトレイであっても、繰り返し使
用によりトレイ36の幅が広がって高さが低減する場合
に、やはり成形体38を正確にトレイ36に載せること
ができなくなることがある。すなわち、トレイ36が高
い時には、位置決めロール33に当たって止まってしま
ったりし、低い時には位置決めロール33が十分に働か
ず、成形体38がその屈曲部の稜線をトレイ36の屈曲
部の稜線からずれた状態になってしまう恐れがある。 本発明は、係る実情に鑑みてなされたもので、トレイの
幅、高さ、厚み等の寸法精度が悪い場合においても、成
形体の屈曲部の稜線とトレイの屈曲部の稜線とが必ず一
致するようにトレイを移送してトレイ上に正確に成形体
を載せ次工程へ搬送することができるトレイの移送装置
を提供することを目的としている。

真上に配置されるようにトレイの位置決めをして移送さ
せるトレイ位置決め手段を備えていることを特徴とする
トレイの移送装置を要旨としている。

つつ詳しく説明する。 第1図は本発明にがかるトレイの移送装置の1実施例を
斜め上からみてあられし、第2図はトレイが位置決めロ
ールにより位置決めされている状態を横からみた断面で
あられしている。 図にみるように、この移送装置1は、ローラコンベヤ2
と位置決め手段として複数の位置決めロール3とを備え
ている。 ローラコンベヤ2は、押出成形機4および金型5の下側
を通って次工程となる例えばプレス成形機(図示せず)
までトレイ6を押出速度に同調させて押出速度と略等し
い速度で移送するようになっている。また、トレイ6の
脚部6aが嵌まり込んでトレイ6の屈曲部の通り芯と金
型5の屈曲部の通り芯とを略一致させるようにする溝2
aを備えている。 位置決めロール3は、トレイ6の屈曲部稜線部分を直下
から受けるようになっていて、ロール3の通り芯が金型
5の屈曲部の通り芯と一致するように配置されている。 また、各ロール3は、その回転軸が長孔状の軸孔(図示
せず)に挿通され上下に摺動自在になっているとともに
、トレイ6の重量より弱い付勢力を備えた付勢手段(図
示せず)を介して上方に付勢されている。 この移送装置lの動作を説明すると、以下のようになる
。 ■ 未載荷状態のトレイ6をその両方の脚部6aが溝2
aに嵌まるようにローラコンベヤ2に載せると、トレイ
6は、金型5方向へ押出速度と略等しい速度で移送され
る。しかも、トレイ6の脚部6aを溝2aに嵌まるよう
に載せることにより、トレイ6の屈曲部の稜線が金型5
の屈曲部の通り芯と略一致するようになる。 ■ 金型5手前に配置された位置決めロール3の所まで
移送されてくると、位置決めロール3がトレイ6の山形
頂部の下側へ入り込み、屈曲部の稜線に下側から当接し
て受ける。この当接により、トレイ6の屈曲部の稜線が
金型5の屈曲部の通り芯と完全に一致するようになる。 なお、位置決めロール3は、付勢手段を介して上方に常
に付勢されているので、屈曲部の高さ位置がずれても常
にトレイ6の屈曲部に当接する。 また、その付勢力がトレイ6の重量より小さいため、ト
レイ6がローラコンベヤ2から浮き上がることがない。 ■ 金型5の下側まで達したトレイ6の上に金型5から
押し出された成形体7か連続的に載置される。 この時、トレイ6は、位置決めロール3によってその屈
曲部の稜線が金型5の屈曲部の通り芯と一致するように
されているので、成形体7かその屈曲部の稜線をトレイ
6の屈曲部の稜線の真上にくるように載置され、金型5
から押し出されたそのままの形状を保ちながら次工程へ
送られることになる。 本考案にがかるトレイの移送装置は、上記の実施例に限
定されない。たとえば、上記の実施例では、位置決めロ
ールが上下に揺動するとともに、付勢手段を介して常に
上方に付勢されていたが、固定式のものでも構わないし
、位置決めロールに駆動手段を取り付け、位置決めロー
ルを押出速度に同調させてトレイの移送手段としても構
わない。 また、位置決め手段としては、ロール状のもの以外にポ
ール状のものでも構わない。
