Abstract

PURPOSE:To continuously treat a molding material with simple equipment and obtain an extrusion molded product with patterns excellent in accuracy by placing an extrusion molded material on a mold frame having a desired pattern, pressing the material with a roll, curing and hardening the pressed material. CONSTITUTION:A mold frame with a pattern to be applied to a molding material is fixed on a backing plate and the molded material extruded by extrusion molding is then placed on the mold frame. The top surface of the molded material is then pressed with a pressure roll to bring the molded material into close contact with the mold frame. In this state, the molded material is cured and hardened to afford a patterned extrusion molded material.

In this method, a desired embossed pattern is applied to the molded material by applying an embossing template to the surface and applying pressure, regardless of the shape of the surface. 61-160206). Also,
An alternative method is to use a continuous patterned roll. In this method, a guide box and a decoration roll are provided along the upper slope of the molding nozzle, and an embossed pattern is applied to the molded material extruded from the molding nozzle using the embossed pattern protrusions provided on the decoration roll. (Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, when manufacturing a member with multiple planes, such as a corner member, by a method using patterned rolls through continuous processing, each surface to be patterned is not in one plane. A plurality of decorative rolls corresponding to the flat surface were required, and moreover, it was necessary to move them in synchrony. In addition, because it is difficult to completely synchronize the extrusion speed of the molded material and the subsequent take-up speed, the molded material that has finished the decoration process will rub in the conveying direction due to variations in speed, and this rubbing will be avoided. There was an inconvenience in that pattern streaks were likely to occur due to the exposure. Furthermore, there are other disadvantages such as misalignment between the receiving plate and the molded material, sagging of the molded material on an inclined surface, and deformation of the end portion of the molded material due to pressure.

On the other hand, in the case of a press method using badge processing, the advantage of continuous operation by extrusion molding is lost due to discontinuous processing. In addition, there were other inconveniences such as the need for large-scale equipment.

(Operation) A mold with a pattern to be applied to the molded material is fixed on the receiving plate, and the molded material to be extruded by extrusion molding is transferred onto this mold. Then, the upper surface of this molded material is pressed with a pressure roll. As a result, the molding material bites into the mold and adheres closely to the mold without causing any rubbing or deformation of the pattern. Then, with the mold and the molding material in close contact with each other, the molding material is cured and cured. This prevents moisture from evaporating from the decorative surface that is in close contact with the patterned sheet. Thereafter, the molded material cured and cured becomes a molded product by being demolded from the patterned sheet.

Then, the molded material 1 extruded by extrusion molding is transferred onto the patterned sheet 3 on the receiving plate 2 that is sequentially conveyed by the lower skin roll 5, and the upper surface of this molded material 1 is placed on the pressure roll 4. Pressurize with. As a result, the molding material 1 bites into the pattern sheet 3 and adheres closely to the pattern sheet 3 without causing any rubbing or deformation of the pattern. Then, the molded material 1 is cut at the joint of the receiving plate 2 while the patterned sheet 3 and the molded material 1 are kept in close contact with each other. After that, remove the pattern sheet 3 and molding material 1 from the receiving plate 2,
The pattern sheet 3 is brought into close contact with the decorative surface of the molded material 1. In this state, the molded material 1 is cured and hardened. This prevents moisture from evaporating from the decorative surface covered with the patterned sheet 3. Thereafter, the molded material 1 cured and cured is removed from the pattern sheet 3 to become a molded product as shown in FIG.

The molded product obtained in this way can prevent moisture from evaporating from the decorative surface during curing and hardening.
This prevents soluble components in the molding material 1 and reaction products between the molding material 1 and components in the air from depositing on the decorative surface and causing efflorescence. As a result, when painting the surface of a molded product, there is no need to remove efflorescence adhering to the surface of the molded product.

In this example, a corner member composed of three planes was illustrated as a molded product, but as shown in Figs. Molded products can be manufactured by adding a pattern (see Figure 4), by adding a pattern to the outer peripheral surface (see Figure 5), or by adding a pattern to the surface of a flat plate as shown in Figure 6. . Further, as long as the patterned sheet 3 bites into the molded material 1 without being deformed by roll pressure, the receiving plate 2 itself may have irregularities as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. good. In this case, the molded material 1 is cured and hardened with the receiving plate 2 attached.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, the molding material bites into the formwork and adheres closely without causing any rubbing or deformation of the pattern, so even regular patterns such as joint patterns can be formed. , it is possible to add a pattern to a precise position. Furthermore, since moisture is prevented from evaporating from the decorative surface covered with the patterned sheet, efflorescence on the decorative surface can be prevented.
