パリソンヘツド本体の下端中心部に配設したマン
ドレルと、該マンドレルの外周に設けたダイとの
間に形成したスリツトからパリソンを射出形成す
るようにしたブロー成形機において、前記ダイの
スリツト面中途部に円弧状の凹溝を所要の範囲に
少なくとも1ケ所設けると共に、該凹溝内に、ピ
ンにて回動可能に一対の円弧状肉厚調整セグメン
トを配設し、且つ前記ピンに、ダイの外方よりダ
イを貫通してプツシユ装置のロツドを接続し、更
に、前記ダイの下面に、前記円弧状肉厚調整セグ
メント下部及びダイのスリツト面下部を周方向に
覆つて延び、マンドレルとの間で前記スリツトと
連続するスリツトを形成する環板を取り付けるこ
とにより、固定ノズルを構成したことを特徴とす
るブロー成形機におけるパリソンの肉厚制御装置
にかかるものである。

端部10a,11aとダイ2における凹溝9の両
端部の間に若干隙間が形成され、その状態でパリ
ソン4が押出されると、パリソン4の外壁に軸方
向の突起が形成されてしまうので、本考案におい
ては、この隙間を表面的の完全に塞ぐようダイ2
の下部に固定ノズル16が設けてあり、該固定ノ
ズル16にて前記隙間より形成される突起を掻き
取るようにして、パリソン4の外壁を滑らかに仕
上げている。
