Claims (1)
形型であつて、バンパー外面と前記折り返し部外
面の一部とを成形する成形面を有する固定型と、
前記折り返し部外面の残りの部分を成形する成形
面を有する強制抜き型と、バンパー内面を成形す
る成形面を有する可動型と、前記折り返し部内面
とそれに続くバンパー内面の一部を成形する内部
スライド型とを備え、 前記強制抜き型は、前記成形面にバンパーの前
記折り返し部係止用の凹凸を有し、前記内部スラ
イド型と前記強制抜き型とは前記可動型中央方向
に向け、同期して移動可能であり、更に前記強制
抜き型は、前記可動型と前記内部スライド型とに
対して前記可動型外部方向へ向けて単独でも移動
できるようにしたことを特徴とするバンパー成形
