(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, although the conventional direct-bonded floor structure is easy and practical to construct, it requires adhesives and has a poor working environment. After installation, it is extremely difficult to modify or replace. Furthermore, a floor structure constructed using this construction method cannot be expected to have sufficient soundproofing effects. In particular, recently there has been a strong desire to use wood-based flooring materials instead of carpets to create a high-quality wood texture. Even if combined, there is little effect on sound insulation from impact sounds on the upper floors, such as footsteps and floor impact sounds caused by movement of furniture. For this reason, various efforts have been made in the past to bring sound insulation effects to wooden flooring materials. When installed on-site, there were problems such as not achieving the desired soundproofing effect.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present inventors conducted a thorough study on conventional directly connected wooden floor structures, and found that in the conventional directly connected construction method, a sound-insulating buffer member is firmly bonded to the entire surface of the floor. Second, we discovered that the cushioning member is bound to the subfloor, resulting in a decrease in sound insulation properties, and we further investigated floor structures and construction methods in which the buffering member is not constrained to the subfloor, and as a result, we arrived at the present invention. . That is, the direct-attached wooden floor structure of the present invention has a hook-and-loop fastener (I) having a large number of hook-shaped engagement elements attached to the subfloor at predetermined intervals and parallel to each other, and a hook-and-loop fastener (1) on the back side. ) A wooden hook-and-loop fastener (■) having loop-shaped engaging elements attached parallel to each other at the same intervals as the hook-and-loop fasteners (■) with a sound-insulating buffer member attached between adjacent hook-and-loop fasteners (n). This is a direct-attached wooden floor structure characterized in that the flooring materials are joined via the hook-and-loop fastener (1) and the hook-and-loop fastener (II).

Furthermore, the method for constructing a directly attached wooden floor of the present invention is to attach hook-and-loop fasteners (1) having a large number of hook-shaped engaging elements at predetermined intervals and parallel to each other on the subfloor surface, and then attach the hook-and-loop fasteners (1) A wooden floor in which a sound-insulating buffer member is attached to the back surface between hook-and-loop fasteners (n) having loop-shaped engagement elements parallel to each other at the same intervals as in 1) and the adjacent hook-and-loop fasteners (It). Place the flooring material on the subfloor so that the hook-and-loop fastener (II) attached to the back side of the flooring comes into contact with the hook-and-loop fastener (r) attached to the subfloor, and then remove the flooring material. This is a construction method for direct-laid wooden floors, which is characterized by pressing from the top.

(Function) According to the present invention, the concrete floor base and the wooden flooring material are joined with hook-and-loop fasteners, and the areas other than the hook-and-loop fasteners are brought into contact with the sound-insulating cushioning member on the subfloor surface, so that construction work can be easily performed. Flooring can be easily modified or replaced. Furthermore, although the wooden floor structure of the present invention has the effect of improving sound insulation as shown in the examples, such findings are completely unexpected from conventional knowledge.

The reason for this effect is not clear, but the hook-shaped engaging element of the hook-and-loop fastener attached to the back side of the wood flooring material (or the concrete flooring surface) is stuck to the concrete flooring material (or the woody flooring material). The sound-insulating cushioning member that engages with the loop-shaped engaging element of the hook-and-loop fastener and is attached to the area other than the hook-and-loop fastener on the wooden flooring material simply adheres to the concrete floor subsurface without being restrained. It is presumed that the formation of a large number of fine voids between the subfloor and the flooring material produces a large dynamic damper effect, resulting in an excellent sound insulation effect.

If the spacing is too narrow, the sound insulation effect will decrease as the sound insulation will be restricted to the wood flooring material or the subfloor. - If the spacing between the blades is too wide, there will be concerns about the stability of the grip, and the feeling of walking will be poor. The direction of attachment of the hook-and-loop fastener may be arbitrary with respect to the longitudinal direction of the flooring material, but from the viewpoint of workability and walking feel, it is preferable that the hook-and-loop fastener be attached parallel to the end of the flooring material.

For example, parquet flooring with a thickness of 6 to 8 mm called prefinished package flooring, natural wood decorative flooring with a thickness of 6 to 12 mm, or cork tile flooring with a thickness of 3.2 to 15 mm are used. It will be done. Parquet flooring and cork tile flooring have insufficient rigidity, so if they are joined to a concrete floor using hook-and-loop fasteners, there is a risk that the floor will sag when a load is applied to the floor. Therefore, when such a flooring material is used, it is preferable to attach and integrate a plate-like material such as lauan plywood, particle board, or a sound-insulating buffer material to the lower surface of the flooring material in order to increase the rigidity of the flooring material.

When using natural decorative plywood that has sufficient rigidity as a flooring material, there is no need to use a plate-like body such as lauan plywood. In addition, in order to obtain sufficient sound insulation, it is preferable to use a flooring material with a sound insulation structure, such as a sound insulation sheet sandwiched between plywood sheets or grooves formed in the plywood sheets.

Examples 2 to 4 Three types of intervals were used for the hook-and-loop fasteners (I) to be attached to the concrete base: 8 cm (Example 2), 85 cm (Example 3), and 43 cm (Example 4). On the other hand, hook-and-loop fasteners (If) were attached to the back surface of the floor material at the above-mentioned intervals, and the same buffer member as in Example 1 was attached between adjacent hook-and-loop fasteners. When the lightweight floor impact sound level was measured in the same manner as in Example 1 for the above three types of floor structures, it was found that Example 2 was L-50, Example 3 was L-50, and Example 4 was L-50.

(Effects of the Invention) The direct-attached wooden floor structure and its construction method of the present invention require skill and are non-trivial, such as applying an adhesive to the entire surface of the subfloor and adhesively fixing the wooden flooring material. Instead of an efficient method that incurs high costs, we have adopted a hook-and-loop fastener that has hook-shaped engagement elements that are affixed to the floor subfloor at required intervals using an adhesive sheet or adhesive, and has cushioning material and loop-shaped engagement on the back side. Unit flooring materials can be assembled one after another by pressing flooring materials to which hook-and-loop fasteners having elements are adhered in parallel.
