Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate stick-slip phenomena over the whole image part by allowing an adhesive stripping roller to adhere to one of supporting bodies to separate the image part. CONSTITUTION:A stripping development type image forming body is formed by sticking the layer 2 side of a supporting body 3 made of PET, etc. coated with a photopolymerization layer 2 to a supporting body 1 made of a phospher bronze plate, etc. In this case, a stripping end 5 without the layer 2 is provided. Next, an adhesive stripping member 6 of specified adhesive strength is sticked to over the entire width of a roller 4 the length of which exceeds the width of an image part to be formed, an thus an adhesive stripping roller is formed. After image exposure is performed to the image forming body, the image forming body is held by pinch rollers 10, and the roller 4 is rotated in close- contact with the stripping end 5 to separate the supporting body 3 and a non- exposed part 2a from the supporting body 1 to obtain an image through exposure parts 2b.

[Prior Art] There is a peeling development method as a means for forming an image using a resist film or a metal film on an image forming substrate such as a printed wiring board or a printing plate. Commercially available products using this developing method include "Neodolock" (manufactured by Nitto Denko), rK
Examples include DPJ (manufactured by Kimoto). For example, the above-mentioned "Neodorock" uses a light source with a wavelength corresponding to the photopolymerization initiator contained in the photopolymerization layer to expose the photopolymerization layer to a predetermined image, etc. between the exposed and unexposed areas. By creating a difference in adhesive strength between the second support and the first support, and utilizing this difference, after exposure, the second support is bonded to the second support together with the unexposed portion of the photopolymerizable layer. By peeling and removing the photopolymerizable layer from the first support, a resist image is formed on the first support by the exposed portion of the photopolymerizable layer.

When the second support is peeled off from the first support together with the unexposed area of the photopolymerizable layer, the ratio of the exposed area to the unexposed area changes from moment to moment depending on the image as the peeling progresses, and along with this: The peeling force required for two-peel development also varies. This causes fluctuations in peeling speed and peeling angle, causing a so-called tearing phenomenon, which deteriorates the quality and reliability of images.

In addition, if the support is thin and has poor rigidity, the required peeling force may be uneven due to variations in the ratio of the exposed and unexposed areas in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the image peels. Creases occur, and variations in peeling speed and peeling angle occur, making it impossible to perform uniform peeling development over the entire peeling width of the image area.

As a means to solve the above problems, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 62-318
As shown in Japanese Patent Application No. 50, etc. (using two peeling bars and a presser bar, the distance between the peeling bar and the presser bar is set to the sum of the thicknesses of the second support and the unexposed part of the photopolymerizable layer). In addition, it suppresses the chatter phenomenon, and furthermore,
As disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 70560, the conveyance speed of the first support body is made slower than the take-up speed, or
As stated in Japanese Patent Application No. 60-61745: Detecting the peeling width and keeping the peeling force constant: It is possible to suppress the chattering phenomenon by rubbing or the like. It has been proposed to attach an adhesive tape to give the support an apparent rigidity and then peel it off.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] However, in the above conventional example, not only is the device complicated and requires a fine window, but it is also impossible to completely eliminate the chatter phenomenon. As the peeling progresses, the peeling site of the peel-developing image forming body shifts from the peeling bar or the peeling roller, and the peeling speed and peeling decrease due to the weak rigidity of the first and/or second supports. This caused angle fluctuations, significantly degrading the quality and reliability of the image.

According to the present invention, the adhesive peeling roller having the adhesive part made of the adhesive peeling member is attached to the first roller of the peel developing type image forming body.
and/or the first or second support is brought into close contact with the second support side S, and the first or second support is peeled off at a peeling angle according to the curvature of the roller.
By sequentially adhering to the other support, winding it up, and peeling it off, it is possible to develop in a good condition without chatter, and to obtain an image corresponding to the exposed image on the first or second support. That is. That is, the present invention provides at least one photopolymerizable layer on a first support, and a second photopolymerizable layer on top of the photopolymerizable layer.
After image exposure is performed on the photopolymerizable layer using a peelable development type image forming body laminated with a support of An adhesive peeling roller having a width greater than the width is brought into close contact with at least one of the supports, and is moved relatively along the surface of the one support, so that at least one of the supports is wound up while adhering to the adhesive peeling roller. The film is peeled off and developed.

The adhesive release member used in the present invention has a peeling force that is sufficiently greater than the peeling force required when peeling and developing the peel-developing image forming body, and the support side has an image area that has been peel-developed.
Alternatively, any adhesive may be used as long as it has such adhesiveness that the side of the support having the non-image area can be easily peeled off using the adhesive peeling member. In addition, the shape f:i, a roller that winds up or conveys the support during peel development;
Any material that can bring the image area surface of the first support and/or second support of the peel development type image forming body into close contact over the entire surface of the image area may be used. Alternatively, a sheet-like adhesive peeling member having adhesive properties on both sides may be wound around a peeling roller or adhered to the first and/or second support side and transported. However, at this time, care must be taken to ensure that part of the roller and the part of the peel-developing image forming member that is peeled off adheres to each other and that the support does not shift.

In the present invention, the adhesive part of the adhesive peeling roller used has a width greater than the width of the image area to be peeled and developed. In other words, by making the width of the adhesive part equal to or greater than the width of the image area, the peeled part of the first and/or second support, on which peeling force is applied during peeling development, is always maintained, regardless of the progress of peeling. By closely fixing with an adhesive peeling roller, it is possible to eliminate the wrinkling phenomenon from the entire image area.

When the adhesive peeling roller having this adhesive peeling member is used by adhering only to the support on one side of the peel-developing image forming body, the other support side facing with the photopolymerizable layer interposed therebetween, It is necessary to support the peel-and-develop type image forming body so that it is transported at a stable speed. for that purpose,
For example, the other support may be conveyed by pinch rollers, but the effects of the present invention can also be obtained by using this adhesive peeling member as a conveyance table for the peel-developing image forming body. For example, by bringing the adhesive peeling roller into close contact with the second support side and bringing the opposite first support side into close contact with the adhesive conveying table on which the adhesive peeling member is placed via the photopolymerized layer, The chatter phenomenon caused by the first support as well as the first support can be eliminated, and good images can be obtained. Furthermore, the adhesive peeling roller may be attached to both sides of the first and second supports of the peel-developing image forming body for peel-off development.
