(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) When the entire roof is made of folded steel sheet roofing material, the interior tends to become dark, and it is desirable to provide light at appropriate locations on the roof. We believe that if we use folded synthetic resin plates such as polycarbonate, which has good weather resistance and can be mechanically processed, as roofing material to provide light, the overall appearance of the roof will become smarter without disturbing the corrugated shape of the folded roof. It will be done.

However, folded synthetic resin plates such as polycarbonate are difficult to bend in complicated ways, and cannot be connected to adjacent roofing materials by fastening like steel plates. In addition, from the point of view of the efficiency of roofing work, if the steel plate folded roofing material is used to cover the entire roof except for the lighting areas, and then the synthetic resin folded plates are applied, the roofing work can be done continuously. However, it is not easy to crawl under the folded steel roofing material on the upstream side, which has been tightened to prevent the roof from leaking, and then cover it with the synthetic resin folded plates on the downstream side.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In the present invention, in a method of roofing a pitched roof with folded steel plate roofing material on the upstream side and continuously covering the downstream side with folded synthetic resin plate roofing material, The crest on the downstream side of the roofing material is formed by tightening it with a waterproof member interposed, and a seal is placed around the waterproof crest to shape the crest into a substantially trapezoidal shape that is continuous with the roof surface. Installation: A strip-shaped waterproof layer was formed on the roof surface on the downstream side of the folded steel plate roofing material in a direction intersecting the roof slope, and the upstream side of the synthetic resin folded plate roofing material was bonded over the waterproof layer. Thereafter, the peripheral side of the ridge of the synthetic resin folded plate roofing material was fixed to the steel plate folded roofing material with bolts via a waterproof seal, thereby achieving the first object.

The second purpose is to cover the downstream side of the folded steel plate roofing material that is installed on the upstream side of the sloping roof with a synthetic resin folded plate roofing material that is superimposed on the roofing material, and to extend the sides of the synthetic resin folded plate roofing material parallel to this. In a folded roof overlaid on folded steel plate roofing material, between the folded edges of the folded steel plate roofing material parallel to both sides of the synthetic resin folded plate roofing material,
An intermediate support member having a bent portion that follows the cross-sectional shape of the synthetic resin folded plate roofing material is stretched to support the lower surface of the synthetic resin folded plate roofing material, and a steel plate folded roof parallel to the synthetic resin folded plate roofing material is provided. This is achieved by a roof splicing device that attaches a receiving metal fitting having legs for tightening both sides to the crest of the timber, and fixes the receiving metal fitting and the ridge of the synthetic resin folded plate roofing material to a rigid member.

(Function) A tight frame is fixed on the supporting beams that make up the sloping roof, and steel sheet folded roofing materials are sequentially placed on the tight frame from one side, and the tightening work is performed. In this case, the place where the synthetic resin folded roofing material is installed for lighting purposes is left as an empty space without placing the steel plate folded roofing material, and when tightening the roofing area on the upstream side of the empty space, A waterproof member is interposed within the head. After the tightening work is completed, a seal is attached around the waterproofed head, and a strip-shaped waterproof layer is formed on the roof surface of the folded steel roofing material near the seal, extending in the direction that intersects the roof slope. Glue synthetic resin folded plate roofing materials in layers.

As a result, even though the synthetic resin folded plate roofing material is covered on top of the steel plate folded roofing material on the upstream side, rainwater flowing along the roof slope may leak into the interior of the roof, or the synthetic resin folded plate roofing material may leak into the interior of the roof. Because of the plate roofing material, the flow of rainwater is hardly obstructed, and by fixing the synthetic resin folded plate roofing material with band-shaped metal fittings, the strength against the negative pressure generated in the roof is maintained strongly.

The above-mentioned deflection of the synthetic resin folded plate roofing material can be avoided by supporting the lower surface of the synthetic resin folded plate roofing material with an intermediate support member having a bent part extending between the fringes of the steel plate folded roofing material parallel to both sides. However, this can be prevented by fixing the receiving metal fittings attached to the crests of the parallel steel plate folded roofing material and the ridges of the synthetic resin roofing material to a rigid member, making it possible to perform a roofing joint that can withstand a large load.
