Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain a sealed structure without using aluminum laminate material by forming an inner lid integrally with the base body of a cap via a thin wall part in such a manner as to cover an opening part of the cap base body. CONSTITUTION:At the time of uncapping, an outer lid 11 is turned in the tightening direction and moved slightly downwardly to engage a projecting part 12 of the outer lid 11 with a flange part 10 of an inner lid 5. When the outer lid 11 is further turned in the tightening direction and moved still downwardly, the inner lid 5 is forced down with a vertical wall 9 of the inner lid 5 guided along a vertical wall 8 of the base body 3 of a cap, thereby cutting off a thin wall part. After this cutting, the outer lid 11 is turned reversely and moved back upwardly to be severed from the cap base body 3 and the inner lid 5 in engagement with the outer lid 11 is separated from the cap base body 3 to open the lid.

Various types of container cap structures have been proposed in the past, but a typical one is one in which the opening of the container body is sealed with an aluminum laminate and the lid is closed from the outside. something is proposed. However, such a structure is cumbersome and
Moreover, the cost is high. In other words, caps are usually made of plastic using molding methods such as injection, and manufacturers of such caps are different from manufacturers of aluminum laminate materials, and the molding process for caps is different. A sealing process for the aluminum laminate material is required in a separate process, which is much more troublesome and increases costs. Incidentally, when not sealed with an aluminum laminate material, although the above-mentioned drawbacks do not exist, there is a problem in sealing performance.

An object of the present invention is to provide a cap structure that can be easily manufactured by, for example, only a plastic molding manufacturer, does not require an aluminum laminate, and has a sealed structure. The object of the present invention is to provide a cap base body constructed on the side of a container body, an inner lid integrally constructed with the cap base body through a thin wall portion so as to close the opening of the cap base body, and and an outer lid configured with a locking part that locks into the locking part of the lid, and after cutting the thin part by applying a pressing force to the inner lid through the outer lid, the locking parts are locked to each other. This is achieved by a cap structure characterized in that the integrated body of the inner lid and the outer lid, which are locked by the portion, can be separated from the cap base body. That is, since the inner lid is integrally formed with the cap base body through the thin wall part so as to close the opening of the cap base body constructed on the container body side, the use of aluminum laminate material is not required due to this inner lid. A sealed structure is also achieved. In addition, the inner lid, which is integrally constructed with the cap base body, can be easily manufactured by molding means such as injection, so it is low cost. Then, force is applied to push the outer cover, which has a locking part that locks into the locking part of the inner lid, so that, for example, the locking part of the outer cover is locked with the locking part of the inner lid, and then the cap After cutting the thin wall portion that connects the base body and the inner lid, the outer lid can be opened by displacing the outer lid in a direction opposite to the aforementioned direction of displacement. Therefore, the inner lid can be easily separated from the cap base body while connected to the outer lid, and the opening operation is extremely simple. Moreover, cutting of the thin-walled portion that is the connecting portion between the cap base body and the inner lid is carried out by the action of the pressing force applied through the force applied to the outer lid, so it is extremely easy to cut. Can be cut cleanly. Also, after opening the bottle, the inner and outer lids are not separate pieces, but are integrated, so there is no need to throw away the inner lid, which eliminates the hassle of having to throw the inner lid into the trash can. This eliminates the hassle of opening the bottle.

Figures 1 to 5 show one embodiment of the cap structure according to the present invention. Figure 1 is an overall schematic diagram, and Figures 2 to 5 are cross-sectional views at each stage during the opening operation. It is the mouth. In each figure, 1 is a paper container body filled with a liquid such as alcohol, milk, juice, etc., 2 is a cap, and 3 is a container body 1.
This is a cap base body that can be attached to. Incidentally, a spiral groove 4 is formed in the outer circumference of the cap base body 3. Reference numeral 5 denotes an inner lid, and this inner lid 5 is integrally molded onto the opening edge of the cap base body 3 through a thin wall portion 6 by means such as injection. The opening 7 of the body 3 is now closed. In particular, the thin wall portion 6, which is the connecting portion between the cap base body 3 and the middle M5, is formed at the inner edge of the opening 7 of the cap base body 3, and therefore a downward force is applied to the middle M5. Then, the inner lid 5 is pushed in so that the upright wall 9 of the inner lid 5 is guided by the upright wall 8 of the cap base body 3, and the thin wall portion 6 is cut very easily. In addition, the cap base body 3 and the middle 15
Since the connection part with the main body has a thin wall structure, cutting is even easier. The middle M5 includes a flange portion 10 having a tapered end surface. 11 is an outer lid, and this outer lid 11 has a convex portion 1 whose end surface is tapered to correspond to the flange portion 10 of the inner lid 5.
2 was constructed. Note that, as a matter of course, a spiral protrusion 13 is formed to be screwed into the spiral groove 4 of the cap base body 3. Before use, the cap structure configured as described above is as shown in FIG. Thus, a sealed structure is ensured, and the container body 1 is in a sealed state. Therefore, the storage safety of the liquid filled in the container body 1 is high. In use, that is, when opening the bottle, turn the outer cover 11 in the screw-in direction as shown in FIG. The protrusion 12 of the outer M11 is engaged. Furthermore, when the outer cover 11 is turned in the screw-in direction and the outer cover 11 is displaced downward, the standing wall 9 of the inner cover 5 is attached to the standing wall 8 of the cap base body 3, as shown in FIG. It is turned east, the inner lid 5 is pushed in, and the thin part 6 is cut. After this cutting, when the outer cover 11 is turned in the opposite direction to displace the outer cover 11 upward, it is cut from the cap base body 3 and is latched onto the outer cover 11, as shown in FIG. The inner lid 5 is separated from the cap base body 3, and the lid is opened. In this state, since the inner lid 5 is connected to the outer lid 11, there is no need to throw away the inner lid 5, and there is no need to dispose of the inner lid 5 in a trash can. No work required. Further, when sealing is performed using an aluminum laminate material, since an adhesive is normally used, there is a risk of contamination due to the adhesive, but there is no such concern with the present invention. A hole is formed in the outer cover 11, and in the state shown in FIG. 5, that is, after the inner cover 5 and the outer cover 11 are integrated, the hole is closed by the inner cover 5. If this is done, this can be easily recognized from the outside, so it can be immediately determined whether the cap has been opened or not.

The cap structure according to the present invention includes: a cap base body configured on the container body side; an inner lid integrally configured with the cap base body through a thin wall portion so as to close an opening of the cap base body; and an outer lid configured with a locking part that locks into the locking part of the inner lid, and after cutting the thin part by applying a pressing force to the inner lid through the outer lid, the locking part is connected to each other. Since the integrated structure of the inner cover and outer cover that are locked by the stopper can be separated from the cap base body, the inner cover is formed integrally through the thin wall part so as to close the opening of the cap base body. With this inner lid, a sealed structure is achieved even though aluminum laminate material is not used, thus increasing the safety of the items contained within the container.
The method of sealing the structure can be easily manufactured using a molding method such as injection, and the inner lid and the outer lid are provided with a locking portion that locks each other, and a pressing force is applied to the inner lid. For example, by rotating the outer lid, the thin wall portion that connects the inner lid and the cap base body can be cut by simply rotating the outer lid. It has the advantage of being extremely easy to cut, easy to open, does not have to worry about adhesive contamination unlike seals made of aluminum laminate, and can be provided at low cost.
