１は計算機部、２はモジユールテスター部、３は
ネツトワークアナライザー部、４はモジユール、
４Ａはドライバー部、４Ｂは位相器、４Ｃは減衰
器である、５はトレイ部、５ＡはＲＦスイツチセ
レクター部、５ＢはＲＦスイツチ部、５Ｃはモジ
ユール接続部である。なお、図中、同一あるいは
相当部分には同一符号を付してある。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. マイクロ波減衰器や位相器を有する、送受信用
    モジユールの試験装置において、外部機器をテス
    トプログラムにより自動制御する計算機部と、こ
    の計算機部からのコマンド受けて、上記モジユー
    ルのマイクロ波位相器と減衰器をデジタル信号に
    より制御するモジユールテスター部と、多数のモ
    ジユールを接続でき、上記モジユールの入出力ラ
    インをセレクトするマイクロ波スイツチとマイク
    ロ波スイツチセレクターとを有し、入力から出力
    迄のラインのマイクロ波的な電気長、減衰量、電
    圧定在波比等についてキヤリブレーシヨンされて
    いるトレイ部と、上記キヤリブレーシヨン値を記
    憶してあり、上記計算機部からの命令により試験
    するモジユールの入力から出力迄のラインのキヤ
    リブレーシヨン値を呼び出すことにより、モジユ
    ールのマイクロ波系の計測をする、ネツトワーク
    アナライザー部とから構成されていることを特徴
    とするモジユール試験装置。
