光度とをそれぞれ上記紫外線吸光度測定部で測定
すると共に、上記両紫外線吸光度の差から試料ガ
ス中のオゾン濃度を求める紫外線吸収式オゾン計
において、上記オゾン分解器及び紫外線吸光度測
定部の上流側に試料ガスの除湿器を配置して、こ
の除湿器で試料ガスを除湿してかるオゾン分解器
及び紫外線吸光度測定部に流すようにしたことを
