正を行う温度計とが取付けられヒータにより加熱
調整可能な温度計校正用ブロツクと、この温度計
校正用ブロツクが入れられる真空容器と、この真
空容器内の温度計校正用ブロツクに接近して入れ
られ温度計校正用ブロツク内が一様な温度分布に
なるようにヒータにより加熱調整可能なサーマル
アンカ用ブロツクと、校正最低温度に保持し得る
熱媒体が入れられて前記真空容器が浸漬されると
ともに、真空容器内の両温度計のリード線を熱媒
体中を通して外部に導出し得る熱媒体容器とで成
