(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, conventionally, when knitting pantyhose using the above-mentioned composite elastic yarn, the thickness of the polyurethane-based rubber-like elastic core thread of the composite elastic yarn was adjusted to Although the leg part may be changed, each part such as the arch, ankle, calf, and thigh is knitted using the same composite elastic yarn on a circular knitting machine of the same diameter, and then knitted into the foot shape. Since I was putting it in and molding the above parts to different thicknesses,
The stretching force of the knitted fabric in each part such as the arch, ankle, calf, and thigh, as well as the pressure on the human body at each part when worn, that is, the wearing pressure, are not comfortable for the human body, such as There was a problem in that the wearing pressure was too low in the arch area and too high in the thigh area.

Attempts have been made to change the wearing pressure by changing the size of the stitch loops in the arch, ankle, calf, and thigh areas, but conventionally, the size of the stitch loops in each of the above areas was The thickness was changed according to the circumference of each part, and the last step was only used to mold the product in the final process of dyeing and finishing, so the ratio of the wearing pressure between each part was not appropriate.
The wearing feeling was not good because the wearing pressure was the highest in the calf region, and the wearing pressure in the thigh region was greater than that in the arch and ankle regions.

In addition, the stress at the time of recovery from elongation is calculated by cutting a sample with radius 51 and length l0CI+ from the knitted fabric constituting stocking l.
This sample was attached to a tensile tester and the tensile speed was 20C1.
It is the stress when elongated by 150% under the condition of +/min, then recovered at the same speed, and the elongation returns to half, 75%.
FIG. 2 is an example of a strength and elongation curve drawn in this way, and the height of the point P at the end is the stress at the time of recovery from the above-mentioned elongation. In the present invention, the sum of the stress during recovery from the above-mentioned extension in the vertical and horizontal directions is the largest at the arch 2, smaller in the order of the ankle 4, the leg 5 and the thigh 6, and The thigh 6 is set to be the minimum (
(see curve A in Figure 3). In addition, the sum of stresses when the knitted fabric recovers from stretching in the vertical and horizontal directions is 38 to 55 g at the arch 2, 32 to 38 g at the ankle 4, 32 to 38 g at the calf 5, and 32 to 38 g at the thigh 6. 25 to 32 g is preferable.

In order to manufacture the above-mentioned stockings, a round stocking knitting machine is used in the same way as in the past. The yarn feeding length of the knitting yarn such as the composite elastic yarn and the polyamide synthetic fiber multifilament yarn is set so that the yarn has the above-mentioned size. This yarn feeding length is determined by the diameter of the knitting machine,
Although it varies depending on the number of needles, the thickness and form of the knitting yarn, 90 to 105 C1l is preferable for one circumference of the arch portion 2, and when the yarn feeding length of the arch portion 2 is 100,
The yarn feeding length of the composite elastic yarn is 100 to 105 at the ankle portion 4,

(Function) The main factors that affect the feeling of wearing stockings 1 are texture, fit, and tightness, and appearance is another selection factor, but the stress at the time of recovery from elongation is used as a measure of the tightness. However, when measuring the stress of various types of stockings at the time of recovery from extension in the arch 2, ankle 4, calf 5, and thigh 6 and comparing the feeling of wearing them, we found that the stress at the time of recovery from extension was compared. There are individual differences in whether people prefer large stockings or comparatively small stockings, but the arch part 2 above,
It was found that the mutual relationship of stress during recovery from extension in each of the ankle region 4, calf region 5, and thigh region 6 had almost the same tendency. In other words, as a result of the wear test, the stress during stretch recovery of the stocking 1 was made strongest at the arch 2, then weakened in the order of the ankle 4, calf 5, and thigh 6, and when the thigh 6 was made the weakest. ,
It is judged to be the most comfortable to wear. In addition, the stress when the knitted fabric is stretched by 150%, then immediately recovered, and the elongation returns to half, that is, the stress at the time of recovery from stretching, is greater than the stress when the knitted fabric is stretched. The total stress at the time of recovery from elongation in the horizontal direction has a better correlation with the feeling of wearing. This is because the knitted fabric of the stockings is stretched approximately 1.5 times when worn, and when worn, the stretch is returned to about half, and it fits to the skin and tightens the legs, and the knitted fabric acts in one direction. This is thought to be due to the fact that it hits the skin in a balanced state as a sum of both the vertical and horizontal directions, rather than the power. However, the stress at the time of recovery from this extension is 38 to 55 g at the arch 2 and 32 to 3 g at the ankle 4.
8g, thighs (28-32g at leg 5, 25g at thigh 6)
If it deviates from the range of ~32 g, the feeling of wearing will decrease.

Therefore, in the above stockings 1, the yarn feeding length of the composite elastic yarn in the round leg knitting machine is 100 in the arch part 2, 100 to 105 in the ankle part 4, and 14 in the calf part 5.
0 to 145, and thigh 6 to 150 to 155. In addition, when cross-knitting with polyamide synthetic fiber multifilament yarn, set the yarn feeding length according to the above composite elastic yarn, and
0, ankle part 4 to 95-100, calf part 5
A preferable wearing feeling can be obtained by setting the width of the thigh part 6 to 135 to 140 and the thigh part 6 to 145 to 150. However, if the difference in yarn feeding length between adjacent courses is too large, a horizontal step will occur, so it is desirable to reduce the difference in yarn feeding length and change the yarn feeding length in stages.
