- 通路の幅が狭く、かつ、ある曲率半径をもつて
弯曲した泡含有液通路、該通路の泡の集まる面に
設けられた気体のみを透過させる多孔質透過膜、
及び該多孔質透過膜の裏面に設けられた減圧室よ
りなることを特徴とする脱泡装置。
