Claims (1)
- 傘型の拡散板と、該拡散板の下位にあつて該拡
散板に対向する漏斗状の捕集板とからなる単位拡
散器を、減圧容器内で上下方向に複数個直列に連
接定置し、前記各単位拡散器を経て流下した液体
を再び最上位の単位拡散器上へ導き、反復流下せ
しめるようにしたことにより、液体中に閉じ込め
られた空気をを除去せしめることを特徴とする真
空脱気装置。
