- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 略上下方向に設けられた流路部材を有し、該流
路部材の下部には固体粒子を浮遊状態で含有する
液の流入口が設けられると共に、該流路部材の上
部には該液の流出口が設けられており、 該流路部材の流入口と流出口との間には上方へ
向かつて流路断面積が次第に拡大する流れの減速
部が設けられ、 該流路部材は、該減速部において少なくとも一
部の内面壁が上向きの傾斜面とされており、 該傾斜面に粒子の排出口が設けられている固体
粒子の分離装置。
