- ボールねじ軸を回転駆動機と連動し、このボー
ルねじ軸に電動アクチユエータ本体を軸方向に移
動自在となるよう装着し、電動アクチユエータ本
体に取付けた部材に、回転駆動機によるボールね
じ軸の回転と電動アクチユエータ本体の直線移動
の複合運動を付与するようにした電動アクチユエ
ータを用いた運動機構。
