Claims (1)
- サーボモーター１の出力軸４と歯数列を介し連
動回動される螺子軸５、該螺子軸５は中空筒管状
をなしたスライダーケース１４内でナツト体１９
と螺合し、螺子軸５の正逆回動でナツト体１９が
直線往復運動するようになさしめてあり、且つナ
ツト体１９の螺子軸基部と反対する側にはブラツ
シガイド２０を介しスライド棒２４がスライダー
ケース１４外方へ突出する状態に取付けてあり、
スライド棒先端を出力作動端２５となさしめてる
のほか、ブラツシユガイド側方へ螺子軸５の正逆
回動に伴う上記出力作動端の変位量を検知する抵
抗体２７及び該抵抗体と摺接移動するブラツシ２
８などからなる位置検出機構３０を設けた構成を
