【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、バルブ蒸解廃液(以下、黒液とい
う)から蒸解薬品となる薬品を回収するソーダ回
収ボイラにおいて、薬品を回収するために溶融物
を燃焼室から取り出す取出口(以下、スメルトス
パウトという)を効率よく冷却し、かつスメルト
の保有する熱量を有効に回収する構成を有するソ
ーダ回収ボイラのスメルトスパウト冷却装置に関
するものである。

にてヘツドタンク3に貯えられ、このヘツドタン
クから自然落下によりスメルトスパウト5を冷却
した後、冷却水回収タンク6へ再度回収される。
ヘツドタンク3や冷却水回収タンク6から気化し
て失なわれた冷却水は、補給水として水タンク1
から水ポンプ8により供給されていた。
