Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent explosion and to diminish load on breaking power by breaking waste with a cutting breaker to remove gas, classifying large blocks and small blocks with a classifier and crushing the large blocks with a crusher. CONSTITUTION:Waste is compressed and cut by a disk in the cutting breaker 1 to remove combustible gas. The waste is classified by a classifier 6 into large blocks and small blocks, metal is taken out by a 1st magnetic classifier 10 in the course of transfer of the small blocks by a conveyor 11 and transferred to a metal storing pit 13. The small blocks which are not taken out by the 1st magnetic classifier 10 are transferred into a nonmetal storing pit 14 through the conveyor 11. The large blocks from the classifier 6 are transformed by the crusher 15 into the small blocks. The small blocks from the crusher 15 are classified by a 2nd magnetic classifier and sent to a metal storing pit 13, nonmetal is sent to a non-metal storing pit 14, the small blocks are sent from the pit 13 to a compactor 17 and compacted then, transmitted by a truck from the pit 14 to a reclaimed site.
