(b) Prior art As shown in Figures 1 and 2, a jet engine is suspended from a pylon under the main wing of an aircraft. For example, in the case of the B-747, a hydraulic It has built-in equipment and is designed to be serviced from both sides of the pylon, making it an important maintenance location. The area is located at a height of approximately 3m to 4m above the ground, and when performing maintenance, conventionally, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, a flat workbench that can be raised and lowered using a scissor-like link mechanism while remaining parallel to the road surface is used. A self-propelled aerial work trolley equipped with the equipment is used. The flat work platform of the aerial work platform is equipped with two horizontal floors on the left and right sides that extend laterally, and when servicing the pylon, the self-propelled aerial platform is mounted on the underside of the main wing. Stop parallel to the engine, then raise the flat workbench to the required height, extend the horizontal floor built into the flat workbench from the side toward the engine,
A worker was on the side floor performing maintenance on the pylon.

(c) Problems that the invention aims to solve However, in this case, the pylon must be serviced from both sides, so as soon as the service on one side of the pylon is completed, move the aerial work cart to the other side and repeat the same process. The procedure required maintenance on the opposite side of the pylon. However, it is inefficient to perform maintenance work by moving an elevated work platform in this way, and in order to increase the availability of aircraft, there is a need to perform maintenance on aircraft quickly within a limited time. It was sometimes a hindrance. In addition, when it is absolutely necessary to perform engine maintenance on both sides at the same time, two aerial work carts are used, but it is uneconomical to have two vehicles, and it is difficult to perform maintenance on both sides. However, there was a drawback that the number of drivers and other personnel had to be increased. In addition, when the horizontal floor is extended, the tip of the horizontal floor 14 of the conventional high-altitude work cart is in a straight line parallel to the flat workbench 3, creating a gap between it and the approximately conical engine, making it difficult for maintenance work. It was causing trouble.

(d) Means for solving the problem The present invention is an elevated work platform that is raised and lowered by a scissor-like link mechanism, and is equipped with a pair of left and right horizontal floors extending hydraulically on the left and right sides of the rear of the work platform. A pair of left and right horizontal floors are provided with a vertical floor cut diagonally to match the shape of the pair of left and right engines that extend rearward using hydraulic pressure, and the left and right vertical floors further include an auxiliary step inside that can be manually extended and contracted in the left and right direction. By preparing the platform, the platform can be approached from the rear directly behind the engine, stopped, the platform raised to the required height, the horizontal floor extended laterally by the desired amount, and then , extend the vertical floor by an arbitrary amount so as to sandwich the engine pylon, and use auxiliary steps to create a working floor with no gaps on either side of the pylon.
Maintenance and inspection of hydraulic equipment behind the pylon can be performed simultaneously from the left and right sides. In other words, by setting up the aerial work trolley, it is possible to perform maintenance on the hydraulic equipment behind the pylon from both sides at the same time, and to provide an elevated work trolley that can efficiently carry out maintenance work within a short period of time. purpose.

In the figure, 1 is a self-propelled chassis, and 2 is a subframe, which is placed on the self-propelled chassis 1. Reference numeral 3 denotes a flat workbench, which is raised and lowered by a scissor-like link mechanism 4. 5 is an inside link with two lines on the left and right,
Its lower end is pivotally connected to the front part of the subframe 2 by a lower pin 6, and an upper roller 7 is provided at its upper end. Roll. Reference numeral 8 denotes two outside links on the left and right, the upper end of which is pivotally connected to the front part of the flat workbench 3 by an upper pin 9, and the lower end is provided with a lower roller 10, and when moving up and down, a sub-link is attached. It rolls on a rail provided at the rear of the frame 2. The inside link 5 and the outside link 8 are rotatably connected to each other at the center by a central pin 11. Reference numeral 12 denotes a hydraulic hoist, which is pivotally mounted between the inside link 5 and the hoist bracket 13 of the self-propelled chassis 1. When the hydraulic hoist 12 expands and contracts, the inside link 5
rises and falls, the scissor-like link mechanism 4 performs opening and closing operations,
The flat workbench 3 moves up and down while maintaining parallel to the ground. The flat workbench 3 is equipped with horizontal floors 14 on the rear left and right sides, and horizontal floor hydraulic cylinders 15 provided between the flat workbench 3 and the horizontal floors 14 are used to independently move the left and right sides by an arbitrary amount. It has a structure that extends to . In addition, each of the left and right horizontal floors 14 has a vertical floor 16 extending rearward inside.
The vertical floor hydraulic cylinder 17 provided between the horizontal floor 14 and the vertical floor 16 allows the horizontal floor to extend rearward by an arbitrary amount independently on the left and right sides. In this embodiment, the vertical floor 16 is cut diagonally to match the shape of the rear part of the jet engine. The left and right vertical floors 16 are further provided with three auxiliary steps 18 on each side that can be manually expanded and contracted in the left and right directions, and are used to fill minute gaps that occur between the pylons 20 and the vertical floors 16. 19 is a jet engine installed under the main wing of the aircraft, 20 is a pylon from which the jet engine is suspended, and hydraulic equipment 21 is installed inside the pylon with the cover removed, which is used for important maintenance. It has become a place.

In this example, maintenance of aircraft engine pylons,
In the case of a high-altitude work trolley used for inspection,
It may also be used as an elevated platform for servicing transformers on utility poles, which require servicing from both sides at elevated locations. In addition, in this example, the structure was such that the vertical floor extends backwards in relation to the driver's cab of the self-propelled chassis, but if the floor is extended to a height that exceeds the height of the driver's cab of the self-propelled chassis, A structure in which the floor extends forward may also be used.

(e) Action: Approach the engine from the rear with an elevated work platform, raise the flat work platform 3 to the required height, and optionally move the pair of left and right horizontal floors 14 according to the width of the pylon 20 using hydraulic pressure. The vertical floors 16 are extended laterally by the required amount, and then the vertical floors 16 cut diagonally in pairs on the left and right are extended rearward by the required amount. A working floor is created using the auxiliary steps, and the hydraulic equipment 21 behind the pylon can be serviced from both sides at once.
