Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the mistake that an inspection result is erroneously recognized or memorized by an operator and to surely execute a classification and housing operation by a method wherein a housing lid which can be opened or closed freely is provided and the housing lid is opened or closed so as to correspond to the inspection result in a one-to-one manner when an inspection is finished. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed inspection is performed by using an inspection control part 5. Simultaneously with its finish, an inspection result signal S21 and a finish signal S22 as inspection finish information S2 are sent to an inspection part 2. At the same time, a single classification and housing apparatus 16 as a classification and housing part used to house an object to be inspected is selected according to an inspection result. The inspection finish information S2 is sent to the classification and hosuing apparatus 10. At a control board 11 at the classification and housing apparatus 10, the information is converted into a driving signal used to control the opening closing time of a housing lid 19. An electromagnetic solenoid 15 actuates a traction action by the driving signal and pulls a support arm 18. Thereby, the housing lid 19 is opened upward for a definite time. During the definite time, an operator takes out the object 1, to be inspected, which is attached to an inspection electrode 3 at the inspection part 2 and houses it inside the classification and housing apparatus 10 whose housing lid 19 is opened.

Next, in FIG. 2, the electromagnetic solenoid 15 performs a traction operation in response to the drive signal S3 obtained as described above, and by pulling the support arm 18, the storage lid 19 opens upward for a certain period of time. Within this certain period of time, the operator removes the test object 1 attached to the test electrode 3 of the test section 2 shown in FIG. 1 and stores it in the classification storage device 10 with the storage lid 19 open. Note that, after a certain period of time has elapsed, the drive signal S3 is turned off, so the traction force of the electromagnetic solenoid 15 is lost, and the storage lid 19 automatically descends downward due to its own weight and closes the classification storage device 10.
