Abstract

PURPOSE:To maximize the housing quantity of non-symmetrical transported matters at the above turning and piling up device for transported matters at a conveyor or the like, by arranging so that non-symmetrical transported matters whose both side thickness are different, may be turned alternately on a transport passage, and dropping them onto a housing portion in order and piling them up may be done that side portions whose thicknesses are different, may accumulate mutually. CONSTITUTION:A transported matter 6 is transferred from a receiving conveyor 7 to a transport conveyor 2, and delivered to a turning device 3. Then, a push- pressing arm 3b is turned in an arrow X1 direction by actuating either one of servo motors 3a at the device 3, and butted against one end of the matter 6, and turns the matter 6 sideways in cooperation with the transport force of the conveyor 2. And the matter 6 is dropped onto a housing portion 5 under this turned condition. A matter 6 that flows is turned opposite by operating a push-pressing arm 3b on the opposite side. Accordingly, the side ends 6a, 6b of non-symmetrical transported matters 6 become alternately faced, and piled up, and the efficiency of housing is improved.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Application Field) The present invention is directed to turning a plurality of objects placed on a container 7 or the like and sequentially conveyed in one direction, and then stacking them alternately. More specifically, for example, a device for transporting objects such as so-called gassho seal packages in which sweets and the like are placed in a storage bag having an upper opening in a container for storing the objects, such as confectionery and the like, and then sealed. To provide a turning and stacking device for conveyed objects, which can stack a certain number of objects in a well-balanced manner by alternately stacking them at a height that is efficient for packing and the like.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, in this type of production process, etc., when confectionery, etc. are packaged in so-called gassho seal packages and transported to a desired location in the packaging process, etc., for example, the 11th As shown in the figure, the package 8 is hung down and held, and the upper part 8a is opened, and the 10 types of confectionery etc. are dropped from above the conveyor 9 that conveys the package 8 and placed inside the package 8. Then, as shown in FIG. 12, the package 8 with the opening 88 sealed by a sealing means such as a heat seal is transferred to a desired outer box (not shown) via a conveyor 9 or other conveying means.
Generally, a means for transporting the materials to the packaging process is generally used.

Therefore, as shown in Fig. 14, during the packing process or before being transported to the packing process, the workers must manually do the work in a way that minimizes the amount of skill they have, and also balances the piles to the desired quantity. In order to maintain the packaging, the contents such as the 10 types of confectionery had to be moved, the shape of the package 8 had to be reshaped into a substantially flat shape, and the packaging body 8 had to be stacked one on top of the other, which was very complicated and had extremely low work efficiency. Such difficult problems arose.
