Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow an upper absorbent member to exert fully its function, permit a lower absorbent member to work fully with its fixing service, and eliminate fear of leaking aside perfectly by preparing the upper and lower absorbents separately, laying the upper absorbent over and the lower below, and fixing the ends in longitudi nal direction. CONSTITUTION:In an upper absorbent member 1, pulp 4 and absorptive paper 5 are prepared as absorbing material, and a polymer absorbing agent 3 is interposed among the pulp 4, and the paper 5 is pinched from above and below. Then an unwoven cloth 6 is applied to the oversurface while waterproof paper 7 is arranged at both sides longitudinal of the undersurface, and the outside situated unwoven cloth 6 is bonded or fused to the waterproof paper 7. In a lower absorbent member 2, on the other hand, polymer absorbing agent 3 is interposed among the pulp 4, and absorptive paper 5 is laid on the oversurface whereupon unwoven cloth 6 is placed, while waterproof paper 7 is arranged on the undersurface, and the perimeters of these unwoven cloth 6 and waterproof paper 7 are bonded or fused. Further a fixation tape 9 is provided on the undersurface of the waterproof paper 7. Exfoliation paper 91 is affixed to this fixation tape 9 to be exfoliated prior to service. These upper and lower absorbent members 1, 2 are piled one over the other, and only the ends in the longitudinal direction are secured to complete the product.

[Conventional technology and its problems] Conventional sanitary napkins are mainly manufactured from bulbs and rayon, and include an absorbent material that absorbs moisture and menstrual blood, and a material that repels moisture and menstrual blood to prevent it from leaking outside. It is made of waterproof material and has an integrated structure. Various studies have been conducted to prevent moisture and menstrual blood from leaking from the sides during use, but there are problems in that sanitary napkins tend to wrinkle vertically when used, making them uncomfortable to use, and also preventing leakage from the sides. There was a problem that it could happen. Conventional sanitary napkins have a one-piece structure as described above, so the front side that fits against the skin and the back side that touches underwear move together, and when the back side deforms due to walking or other activities.
This caused side leakage, etc. The front side fits your skin and moves, and the back side moves against your underwear to prevent side leakage, etc.
In addition, the feeling of use is improved, so the present inventor developed a method for manufacturing sanitary napkins in which the absorbent material on the front side and the waterproof material on the back side are formed separately and overlapped, and both ends of the absorbent material and the waterproof material are adhesively fixed. Invented a napkin and applied for it first (Patent No. 1)

After that, the inventor conducted further research on a structure that fixes both longitudinal ends of the upper absorbent body and the lower absorbent body, and developed a structure that is more comfortable and easier to use than conventional sanitary napkins, and also completely prevents side leakage. It was possible to obtain a sanitary napkin that is easy to manufacture and can be manufactured at low cost, as well as being a napkin that prevents hair loss.

In other words, the upper absorbent body and the lower absorbent body are made separately, the upper absorbent body is placed on the upper side, and the lower absorbent body is placed on the lower side, and both longitudinal ends are fixed, so that the central part of the upper absorbent body is It becomes possible to move freely as one with the local part of the body, and the upper absorbent body can perform its function 100%. In addition, the lower absorbent core performs 100% of the fixing function.
Blood, etc. absorbed by the upper absorbent body can be transferred to the lower absorbent body through the holes in the waterproof paper or between the waterproof paper on the bottom of the upper absorbent body, and then absorbed into the absorbent material of the lower absorbent body. There is no need to worry about side leakage. The upper absorbent body is shaped like a kangaroo's bag, so menstrual blood and moisture are trapped inside the bag. Furthermore, since the lower absorbent body is provided below the upper absorbent body, menstrual blood and moisture are also absorbed into the lower absorbent body, which has the effect of preventing side leakage at all.
