Abstract

PURPOSE:To inexpensively carry out highly detailed printing by laminating a plastic film or foamed plastic film mixed with pigment to base paper to form a base material and providing an ink fixing layer to the base material. CONSTITUTION:Base paper is selected from various papers such as fine paper, art paper or the like. The plastic film laminated to the base paper is composed of polypropylene or polyethylene and a pigment mixed plastic film or foamed plastic film is used. As pigment, silicon dioxide or calcium carbonate is used. By using the pigment mixed plastic film or foamed plastic film as the plastic film to be laminated, the cost of the laminated film is lowered and function enhancing whiteness and opacity can be provided. The ink fixing layer provided on the plastic film is composed of a binder resin and a dispersant and a wet method or a dry method is used in the adaptation to the plastic film.
