When disposing of food waste from home kitchens, etc., a widely used method has traditionally been to dig a hole in a sunny garden, bury the food waste, and ferment and decompose it using the action of microorganisms in the soil. I came here, but
Recent housing conditions have made it difficult to use this natural method, so local governments now have to separate and collect food waste from kitchens, then transport it to incinerators for bulk disposal.

However, with the uneven distribution of the living population and the diversification of eating habits, the generation of food waste has increased significantly in urban areas.
On the other hand, there is a problem that it is difficult to construct new incinerators due to smoke pollution and odor pollution, so it seems that existing facilities have reached their limits in processing food waste.

(a) Therefore, the inventor of the present invention first proposed a food waste disposal device that uses a fermentation accelerator (see Japanese Patent Application No. 61-6733 = Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 62-225299) to efficiently process food waste. Fermentation conditions can now be created artificially.

The fermentation accelerator used to create this fermentation condition is a blend of several types of aerobic mesophilic bacteria.
Moreover, it is made by multiplying and concentrating the blended microorganisms while maintaining their balance, and then adding appropriate growth ingredients and deodorizers to the concentrated product. Food waste can be efficiently fermented in a box of this size.

In other words, if a predetermined amount of the fermentation accelerator is sprinkled on top of the food waste placed in the container once a day, the food waste in the container will efficiently ferment over time and turn into water. Therefore, the amount of food waste remaining in the container after 1 to 2 months is 1/10 of the total amount of food waste that was put in.
It is said that it will decrease to a certain extent.

(b) Furthermore, the present inventor has developed a garbage disposal device using this fermentation accelerator that is more suitable for home use. ) proposed the garbage disposal equipment described in . Its structure is to overlap the cut end surfaces of cut cardboard materials so that the inner space follows the outer circumferential wall and fix them in a rectangular tube shape. A rectangular cylinder having a reverse bent part cut orthogonally into the rectangular cylinder, and a groove-shaped cross-section having an opening in a corner part which is inserted from the upper and lower ends of the rectangular cylinder and into which the reverse bent part can be folded and connected. This garbage disposal device has a main body composed of a mold and a formwork, which occupies a significantly smaller space before assembly, making it convenient to transport. The cylindrical body and the formwork body can be inseparably integrated, and the overall cost can be reduced by using lightweight and inexpensive corrugated cardboard material.

However, since the garbage disposal device described in (b) had a single outer peripheral wall, although the cardboard material itself has some degree of insulation, it is difficult to block the cool outside air when installed outdoors such as on a balcony. was insufficient, and the fermentation temperature could not be maintained at an appropriate temperature. In addition, the structure is such that food waste is stored directly in an inner bag that is loaded along the inner circumferential surface of the main body, and new food waste must be sequentially stored on top of the food waste that is in the process of fermentation, so that it cannot be disposed of properly. I couldn't get a cycle. In addition, the structure allows garbage to be stored directly in the inner bag, and the water produced during fermentation is drained by a combination of a drainage hose and a plastic foam slanted to the bottom of the container. In some cases, the waste that remains as solid material that does not turn into water flows into the drainage hose provided at the bottom of the inner bag without being filtered, causing a phenomenon in which the hose becomes clogged and prevents proper drainage.

In order to achieve the above object, this invention overlaps the cut end surfaces of cut cardboard materials so that the inner space is along the outer peripheral wall and fixes them in a rectangular tube shape.
A rectangular cylinder having a reverse bent part cut perpendicularly to the ridge line at the upper and lower ends of a part or all of the corner parts; A garbage disposal device comprising a main body constituted by a formwork with a cross-sectional groove shape having an opening in a corner part that can be folded and connected, a concave bottom plate member attached to the main body, and an inner periphery of the main body. a water-resistant inner bag that is loaded along the surface and has a drainage hose that extends outside the main body through the bottom plate member; and a plurality of small containers each having a large number of drainage holes.

The function of this device with this configuration is that by creating a double structure on the outer peripheral wall of the main body and small containers, the cool outside air is blocked and the fermentation temperature inside the main body is maintained at an appropriate temperature. By vertically dividing the inside of the main body, it is possible to determine an appropriate disposal cycle for garbage, and to ensure good drainage conditions without clogging the drain hose.

This inner bag 40 protects the paper cardboard material from moisture generated by fermentation of garbage when the main body 1 is made of paper cardboard material, and protects the inner surface of the main body 1 when it is made of plastic cardboard material. This is effective for avoiding contamination at least in the upper region of the surface.

When manufacturing plastic products, they are made by extrusion, but when this extrusion method is used, there is almost no restriction on the dimension L in the longitudinal direction of the product (the direction in which the internal void extends). However, the width dimension W is limited to a certain extent due to the molding die.

On the other hand, since the garbage disposal device of the present invention is intended for household use, when trying to mold the main body 1 into a size suitable for installation in a limited space such as a balcony, the rectangular cylinder body 2 The total length of the four peripheral walls may be longer than the width W of the corrugated cardboard material set in a normal molding die. In this case, the total length of the four circumferential walls of the rectangular tube 2 is taken in the longitudinal direction of the corrugated cardboard material, cut, and then bent into a square tube to form the four circumferential walls and form the rectangular tube 2. At this time, as shown in FIG. 9, the cut ends 96 and 97 of the corrugated cardboard material are overlapped and fixed, so that the internal spaces 94 and 95 are exposed from the cut end surfaces.

Therefore, when the wind A hits the main body 1 placed outdoors, a part of the wind A blows into the internal spaces 94 and 95.
As a result, it enters the inside and goes around the outer circumferential wall of the main body 1 using these spaces 94 and 95 as a passage, passing through the main body 1 in a state as if air cooling it, and depriving the temperature necessary for fermentation within the main body 1. (This is the opposite of the original purpose of using cardboard). Therefore, it is effective to seal the cut end surfaces of the corrugated cardboard materials overlapped on the outer circumferential wall of the rectangular tube body 2 with the wind-shielding seal 7 to prevent this air cooling phenomenon.

In this case, the food waste put into one of the small containers 30 is fermented over time by a fermentation accelerator and becomes water droplets, and the waste that remains as solids is filtered through the drainage hole 33 of the small container 30. Only the wastewater that remains in the small container 33 and passes through the drain hole 33 flows out into the inner bag 40, passes through the drain hose 41 that penetrates the bottom plate member 10, and is discharged to the outside of the garbage processing apparatus 100.

As explained above, in the food waste disposal device 100 according to this invention, the amount of food waste put into the main body is reduced by its fermentation action, and the main body and the plurality of parts vertically partitioned By having a double-wall structure with a small container, the inside of the main body is insulated from the cool outside air, making it possible to maintain a good fermentation temperature. In addition, since food waste can be divided and stored in small containers, an appropriate disposal cycle can be determined, and there is no risk of waste remaining as solids flowing into the drain hose, resulting in good fermentation efficiency. As a result, the amount of garbage collected by garbage trucks will be significantly reduced compared to the past, making it possible to significantly reduce the burden of garbage disposal on local governments.
