Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the subject device capable of carrying a noodle line as such even when the noodle line is cut by disposing belt conveyers having horizontal carrying surfaces under multi-staged and specific conditions in the vertical direction and further disposing driven rollers at the respective carrying directional tips of the belt conveyers where the driven rollers press the belt conveyers through the noodle line, respectively. CONSTITUTION:In a noodle line-drawing device capable of carrying a noodle line as such even when the noodle line is cut in a noodle line-drawing process, belt conveyers A, B, and C in which a belt 1 is wound over large and small rollers 2,3 and in which the carrying surface of the belt is approximately horizontal are disposed in a multi-staged state in the vertical direction. The belt conveyers are further disposed so that the tip of the just upper belt conveyor in the carrying direction is placed above the carrying surface of the just lower belt conveyor and further so that the rotation rate of the just lover belt conveyor is larger than that of the just upper belt conveyor. Further, driven rollers 4 press-contacting with the belt conveyers through the noodle line 5 are disposed at the tips of the belt conveyers A, B and C in the carrying direction, respectively.

<Prior art and its problems> Conventionally, in order to produce dried noodles, the noodles are dried after the noodle-making process is completed. As shown in Figure 3, this drying method has been around for a long time, in which hangers are placed at regular intervals on a rotating chain a that is stretched endlessly, and the hangers are approximately 240 cm from the hangers. Fold the cut noodle strings C in half and hang them.
It was dried during the transportation process.

However, this method was possible only with noodle strings C having a low hydration rate. Noodle strings C with a high water content have a low tensile strength due to the high water content, and as mentioned above, when one side reaches about 120 cm, the noodle strings C will break apart due to the weight of the noodles IIc. there were. Whether it's fresh noodles or dried noodles, noodles with a high water content are superior in taste to those with a low water content, so there is a tendency to try to make dry noodles with a high water content. To do this, as shown in FIG. 4, the noodle strings C are suspended from the rack in a meandering manner in the same manner as described above. However, in this case, as shown in the same figure (a), in the first step, the two noodle strings C are hung on a bar, and are pulled down to about 40 cm from the middle to form a meandering shape. After aging for about 3 hours, it was further stretched to about 2 times as shown in the same figure (B), and again, it was aged for about 3 hours, and then further stretched as shown in Figure (C). Here, too, a certain period of ripening time is allowed, and this process is repeated several times.

Therefore, in the case of highly hydrated noodles, it takes a long time to make dry noodles to the final thinness, and if too much force is applied to stretch them, they will quickly break. As a result, it was inconvenient that only an experienced person could do it. Therefore, in order to solve the above problem, the present inventor has created a pair of horizontally installed cylindrical rotating bodies, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 2-65753, and used this as a pair of horizontally installed cylindrical rotating bodies. A plurality of pairs are arranged in the direction of travel, and among the pair of cylindrical rotors, the front cylindrical rotor in the direction of travel of the noodle strings has a faster rotation peripheral speed than the rear cylindrical rotor. By this method, the noodle strings were stretched on the cylindrical rotating body while passing them.
141 was developed, and although it did perform a stretching action, the noodle strings were sometimes broken during stretching. The noodle strings cut in this way are
The problem has been that the rotor hangs between one cylindrical rotating body and the adjacent cylindrical rotating body and does not move forward, but rather falls between them.

Means for Solving the Problems> Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the B-line stretching apparatus according to the present invention has a belt conveyor whose conveying surface is substantially horizontal, which is arranged in multiple stages in the vertical direction. Among the belt conveyors, the leading end in the conveying direction of the belt conveyor in the immediately upper stage is positioned on the conveying surface of the belt conveyor in the immediately lower stage, and the belt conveyor has a structure in which the rotation speed of the belt conveyor in the immediately lower stage is faster than that of the belt conveyor in the immediately upper stage,
Moreover, at the tip of each belt conveyor in the conveyance direction, a driven roller is installed that presses against the belt conveyor through the noodle strings.
[Even if the noodle strings are cut during the stretching process in step 1, they are transported as they are.

<Example> Next, an example of the ll wire drawing device according to the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 1 and 2.
.. 3 is the passed belt, which makes the belt conveyor A oval. This belt conveyor A is arranged so that its conveying surface is substantially horizontal. Reference numeral 4 denotes a driven roller disposed at the tip of the belt conveyor A in the conveying direction so as to be in pressure contact with the noodle strings 5 interposed therebetween. And other belt conveyors B and C having the same configuration as belt conveyor A.
are arranged in multiple stages in the vertical direction, and the tip of the belt conveyor A in the conveying direction is on the conveying surface of the belt conveyor B.
In addition, the ends of belt conveyor B in the conveying direction are arranged so that they are located on the conveying surface of belt conveyor C, and the rotation speed of belt conveyor B is set higher than the rotation speed of belt conveyor A, and the rotation speed of belt conveyor B is Rather, the rotational speed of the belt conveyor C is configured to be faster. Here, the vertical relationship of the belt conveyors A, B, and C is such that they are arranged in a zigzag arrangement as shown in Fig. 1, and in a stairway arrangement as shown in Fig. 2. can be set. Further, the number of belt conveyors is three in the illustrated embodiment, but the number is not limited to this.

Operation> While each belt conveyor A, B, and C are rotated in the direction of the arrow, the noodle strings 5 are fed onto the belt conveyor A. Then, the noodle strings 5 are guided to the tip by the conveying surface of the belt conveyor A, where they are transferred onto the belt conveyor B immediately below while being held between the driven rollers 4. Belt conveyor B is transferred to belt conveyor C while being subjected to the same action, but as mentioned above, for example, in belt conveyor A, the noodle strings 5 that are in pressure contact with the driven roller 4 are transferred to the belt directly below the belt conveyor B. When conveyed on conveyor B, the rotation speed of belt conveyor B is faster than that of belt conveyor A, so the noodle strings 5 are stretched, and the noodle strings 5 are transported on belt conveyor A as described above. If the leading end portion is held between the belt conveyor B and the driven roller 4 during the process of being held between the driven roller 4, the sheet will be stretched even more reliably. In either case, the noodle strings 5 may be cut during the stretching process. However, even if it were to be cut, it would still be transported as there is another belt conveyor below.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, according to the noodle string stretching apparatus according to the present invention, belt conveyors whose conveyance surfaces are approximately horizontal are arranged in multiple stages in the vertical direction, and the belt conveyors in the immediately upper stage of the belt conveyors are The tip of each belt conveyor in the conveying direction is positioned on the conveying surface of the item directly below, and the structure is such that the rotation speed of the item directly below is faster than that of the item directly above. Since a driven roller is provided that presses against the belt conveyor through the wire, even if the noodle strings are cut during the stretching process, the noodle strings are conveyed as they are.
