PURPOSE:To locate an indoor air blowing port at a central part of a main body of an air conditioner and make a distribution of air flow in a room uniform by a method wherein an outdoor device is divided into two segments, an indoor device is disposed at a central part and at the same time a duct is applied to communicate between the divided two outdoor segments A and B. 57の下方には、室外送風機58が設けられている。さ
らに前記圧縮機室54には、圧縮機59が設けられてい
る。この構成において、室内循環空気は矢印■に示すよ
うに、前記室内ユニット部52の下方に設けられた室内
空気吸込口60から吸い込まれ、前記室内送風機56を
経て前記室内熱交換器55を通過し、冷却または加熱さ
れた空気が前記室内ユニット部52の上方すなわち、右
側上方に設けられた室内空気吹出口61から室内へと矢
印Jに示すように吹き出される。一方外気は、矢印Kに
示すように、前記室内ユニット部52の後方に設けられ
、外気を導入する室外空気吸込ロ62から吸い込まれ、
矢印りに示すように圧本機室54を経て前記室外送風機
58に吸い込コれ、前記室外熱交換器57を通って熱交
換され、前記室外ユニット部53の後方に設けられた室
外空気吹出口63から室外へと矢印Mに示すよう(:吹
き出される構成となっていた。
