This squeak noise is a problem, especially when there are private houses around the railway line, so conventionally soundproof wheels with press-fitted rubber have been used to prevent the above-mentioned squeak noise. However, since such soundproof wheels are much more expensive than ordinary rolling wheels, there is a problem in that the economic burden increases if measures to prevent squealing noise by using soundproof wheels are continued.

た。(Means for solving one problem) In order to solve the above problem, the present inventors first studied the generation mechanism of the squealing sound. As a result, the wheel axle running on the curve is moved toward the east side of the curved outer track due to centrifugal force, and although the wheel set is able to pass through the curved road due to the difference in the outer diameter of the wheel tread slope, the wheel axle running on the sharply curved track is The inner, softer side of the wheel can no longer be covered by this difference in outer diameter alone, and when it rolls, it skids in the axial direction, causing lateral vibration between the wheel tread and the rail, and the 2000 to 5000 Hz sound generated during this vibration. It turned out that this resulted in an unpleasant squeaking sound. It was also confirmed that this squeaking noise does not occur when the amount of slippage is small due to a large curve radius, or when the space between the wheel tread and the rail is slippery, such as during rain.

能となる。(Function) The rail oiling device of the present invention configured as described above applies oil sent by the oil pump (3) to the inner rail (1) from the nozzle (2) attached to the side surface of the inner rail (1) in the curved section. 1), the head top surface (6) of the inner rail (1) is sprayed in small amounts at predetermined time intervals or each time a train approaches. The oil sprayed from the surface lubricates the surface and maintains a slippery state. Therefore, even when the soft inner wheel of the wheel axle rolling on a sharply curved track tries to skid sideways in the axial direction, lateral vibration does not occur between the wheel tread and the rail.
It is possible to prevent unpleasant squeaking sounds from occurring. Furthermore, since oil is not applied to the upper surface of the head of the outer rail, there is no problem with safe driving. In this way, the inner rail (
1) Applying oil only to the top surface of the head (6) to prevent the generation of squealing noise is unprecedented, and this eliminates the need to use expensive soundproof wheels as in the past. Also 2. It is possible to prevent squeaking noise when traveling on a curved track.

Although it is effective to provide this on lines with sharp curves of less than 100 m, it is also effective in cases where a squealing sound is produced on curves with a radius larger than this.

It is possible to improve the noise of the train and prevent the squeaking noise when the train runs on a curved track, and it is economical because it does not require expensive soundproof wheels as in the past. Specifically, a train can take a sharp curve with a curve radius of 120m at a speed of 30km/I.
(When traveling at a speed of r, conventionally 100 to 110 db
However, when the device of the present invention is installed, it is possible to eliminate the high frequency band sound that causes the squealing sound, so the noise is reduced to 80 to 90, which is the same as when driving in a straight line.
db. In addition, the device of the present invention can be manufactured at low cost and uses very little oil.
It has the advantage of requiring little maintenance.
