Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform a year-round cure at a cold district by installing a framing scaffold and a beam part in a concrete body placed in the wintertime, and covering this circumference with a curing insulation panel made up of a heat insulator and a surface protective plate with illuminability. CONSTITUTION:A lot of framing scaffolds 2 are set up in the circumference of a concrete body 1 placed in the wintertime. Then, each beam member 3 is installed in space between each of upper ends of these framing scaffolds 2 at proper intervals. In addition, each curing panel 7 is made up of being locked to both transparent, illumibable heat insulators with a specified frame member held between surface protectors with illuminability. Next, the curing panels 7 are stuck to the whole circumferential surface of the framing scaffolds 2 and the beam member 3, covering the concrete body 1. With this constitution, winter construction work and civil engineering work at the cold district can be operated in a year-round way.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the concrete curing method at winter construction sites in cold regions, the outside air temperature can drop to -30°C, and sheets and sound-absorbing materials do not have the ability to retain heat. It was not possible to reliably block out the low temperatures, and it was not possible to maintain the construction site at an appropriate curing temperature.

In addition, the curing and heat insulation panels used for concrete curing at construction sites in winter have sound-absorbing materials and plates installed inside the frame, so there is no sunlight, and the inside of the construction site is dark, making it difficult to work. However, sheets and sound-absorbing materials have low strength and are easily damaged by strong winds, snow loads, etc.

As shown in Figure 1, the concrete curing method for winter construction sites proposed in this invention first involves the preparation of ground and foundation surfaces at the winter construction site.
Frame scaffolds 2 are respectively arranged near the peripheral side surfaces of concrete bodies 1 cast in concrete structures, etc., and beam members 3 are erected at appropriate intervals between the upper ends of each of the frame scaffolds 2. On the entire outer peripheral surface of each beam member 3, on one side of the rectangular frame 4, there is a heat insulating material 5 such as a damp plate that allows light to pass through each other, and two surface protection plates 6 such as punched metal or expanded band. The installed curing and heat insulation panels 7 are successively pasted together using connection means such as clamp fittings (not shown).
The entire concrete frame 1 is covered and allowed to cure for a predetermined period of time.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the curing and heat insulating panel 7 used for the concrete curing method at winter construction sites first requires the following steps:
Long and short 2 with a hook-shaped cross section, consisting of a frame piece 9 having an oblong connecting hole 8 which is successively connected to both left and right ends by the clamp fittings, and a mounting piece 11 having several rivet holes 10 at appropriate intervals. A frame in which each book is assembled into a rectangular frame plate 12, and a reinforcing plate 23 having a cross-section shape is installed between the longitudinal center portions of the inner surfaces of the mounting pieces 11 of the longer opposing frame plates 12. 4. On the other hand, a heat insulating material 5 such as a damp plate made of polypropylene plastic, transparent and light-permeable, is embedded in the internal air space 25 with two reinforcing plates 24 or at appropriate intervals in the transverse direction. A surface protection plate 6 made of punched metal, expanded band, etc., which has a large number of through holes 13 perforated throughout and has a lighting property, is adhered to both sides.The heat insulating material 5 and the surface protection plate 6 are attached to the frame 4. It is formed so as to be attached to the outer surface of the mounting piece 11 side through two guide plates 14, one long and one short, each having a hook-shaped cross section on the peripheral edge.

The means for attaching this heat insulating material 5 and each surface protection plate 6 are as follows:
so that both ends of each of the reinforcing plates 24 are fixed to the mounting piece 11 of the frame 4 and the shorter guide plate 14;
Rivets 16 are fitted into the rivet holes 15 drilled at appropriate intervals in the guide plate 14 and rivet holes 10 in the mounting piece 11 of the frame 4, or bolt holes are inserted into the frame 4 and the guide plate 14. are drilled at appropriate intervals, bolts are fitted into these bolt holes and fastened with nuts, and screw holes and screw insertion holes are drilled at appropriate intervals in the frame 4 and guide plate 14, respectively. It may also be secured with screws. Further, on the outer surface of each of the long and short guide plates 14, sealing urethane foam gaskets are provided on the outer surfaces of each of the long and short guide plates 14, which are necessary for sequentially attaching the curing and heat insulation panels 7 to the entire outer peripheral surface of each of the framework scaffolds 2 and each beam member 3. 17 are glued to each other.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, the beam member 3 has a plurality of upper chord members 18 elastically joined together via an upper beam joining material 19, and a plurality of lower chord members 20 connected to a lower beam joining material 21. The upper chord member 18 and the lower chord member 20 are connected to each other so as to be expandable and contractible, and a beam trough 22 is disposed between the upper chord member 18 and the lower chord member 20.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the concrete curing method for winter construction sites of the present invention involves arranging the framework scaffolds 2 near the circumferential side of the concrete framework 1 cast at the winter construction site. Beam members 3 are installed at appropriate intervals between the upper ends of the scaffolds 2, and on the entire outer peripheral surface of each of the framework scaffolds 2 and each of the beam members 3, a heat insulating material 5 that allows light to enter each other is provided on one side of the frame 4. Since the curing and heat insulation panels 7 equipped with the surface protection plates 6 and 6 are attached one after another to cover the entire concrete body 1 and cure for a predetermined period of time, the entire concrete body 1 is covered with the curing and heat insulation panels 7. Since it can reliably block out the low temperature outside air, it has much better heat retention than conventional sheets and soundproofing materials, and can maintain the inside of the construction site at an appropriate curing temperature (approximately 5 to 8 degrees Celsius).

In addition, the curing and heat insulation panel 7 used in the concrete curing method for winter construction sites of the present invention has surface protection plates 6 that allow light to be glued to both sides of a transparent heat insulating material 5 that allows light to pass through, and then these panels are attached to a frame. Since the heat insulating material 5 and the surface protection plate 6 have lighting properties, the inside of the construction site is brightened,
Not only is it extremely easy to work with, but the overall strength of the curing and heat insulating panel 7 is extremely strong due to the frame body 4, heat insulating material 5, surface protection plate 6, guide plate 14, etc. It can sufficiently withstand the load of strong winds and snow S without being damaged by the load of snow. In this case, one or more reinforcing plates 24 are buried in the air layer 25 inside the heat insulating material 5, and one or more reinforcing plates 23 are installed between the frames 4 as appropriate. The strength of the entire curing/thermal insulation panel 7 is further increased, and it is able to more fully withstand the load of strong winds and snow S.

Therefore, the amount of work related to construction and civil engineering during the winter in cold regions has decreased dramatically, and construction and civil engineering workers have been forced to go to warm regions to work or receive unemployment insurance. It is possible to secure the workload at winter construction sites in cold regions, which was the long-cherished desire of workers, without having to worry about the situation, and it is also possible to perform construction all year round at construction sites such as building construction and civil engineering sites such as dam construction in cold regions. Therefore, we can expect major market development.
