Composite paper containers, which are made by laminating synthetic resin, aluminum foil, paper, etc. with vertical ruled lines and are formed through a pasting process, have folded ruled lines, so when they are returned to a cylindrical shape, their strength The cross section of the middle part of the cylinder is lemon-shaped and tends to become sharp at both ends. In other words, since the composite paper has a peculiar shape of ruled lines, if the container body is simply made into a cylindrical shape, the folding strain caused by the ruled lines will remain, and there will be a gap between the vicinity of the ruled lines and the cylindrical part. As a result of the inward depression, the ruled line portion tends to be pushed outward even if it is made cylindrical, and when restored, the cylindrical cross section tends to become lemon-shaped with corners at both ends.

The manufacturing method of the present invention improves the above-mentioned drawbacks that exist in conventional composite paper container manufacturing methods, and forms a stable cylindrical container in which the ruled line part is not pushed outward, thereby providing strength. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a seed container.

The manufacturing method of the present invention involves forming the container body into a cylindrical shape with a mandrel or the like, removing it from the mandrel, fitting and sealing the upper and lower lids, and forming the container body in part or all of the steps. The feature is that by once pushing the ruled line part inward, the ruled line part becomes a slightly reverse ruled shape, and the cross-sectional shape of the container as a whole is transformed into a cocoon shape with a constriction in the middle. The residual strain is canceled and a kind of beam effect can be expected due to the tendency to bulge, resulting in a stable cylinder upon restoration.

Another way to do this is to heat and press the ruled line area with a hot plate, etc., and then iron it to eliminate residual distortion in the composite paper caused by adding the ruled line. Heat and pressurize it with a hot plate or the like to eliminate the ruled line effect, and once press the same part strongly toward the inside of the pasted container to create a reverse ruled line, then release it, restore the main container, and make a roughly cylindrical cross section. There is also a means of adding a shaping method to form the image.

Figure 1a is a cross-sectional view of the composite paper container body after the composite paper has been lined and pasted.
Both right ends are the areas with ruled line 1, and the overlapping area of the composite paper on the upper side is the 2nd area of pasted paper. According to the conventional method, a mandrel (not shown) with approximately the same circumference is inserted into the inside of the container main body, which forms a spindle shape as a whole, and when it is formed into a cylindrical shape, the cross section as shown in Fig. The residual strain in the ruled line part 1 is not resolved sufficiently, and the same part protrudes in an angular shape, while a concave surface 3 facing the inside of the container is formed between the ruled line part and another cylindrical part, and this concave surface 3 moves inward. Because it is concave, a force is applied to the ruled line part 1 in the direction of pushing it outward, and in the middle of the cylinder, both ends become pointed in an oval shape.
Even when a lid is attached, the cross section of the middle part of the container tends to be lemon-shaped [see Figure C], and the appearance of the container is
In terms of appearance, it cannot be called good.

Fig. 2 is an explanation of the manufacturing method of the present invention, and Fig. 2A shows a mandrel or the like inserted into the composite paper container body which has gone through the pasting process in the same way to form it into a cylindrical shape. After removing from the mandrel etc., the ruled portion 1 of the main body is once strongly pressed from the outside in the direction of the arrow to form the entire body into a cocoon shape with a constriction in the middle, and the reverse ruled portion is applied to the portion 1. .

According to the test results, in this case, the pressed part is not over the entire length of the vertical ruled line on the container body.
Good results were obtained by applying strong pressure to the center. However, since the upper and lower end portions of the container body are molded to conform to the shapes of the molded upper and lower lids, it is not necessary to completely shape them including these portions. Figure b shows the cross-sectional shape of the central part of the container when it is restored after the process of pressing the ruled line part of the container body from the outside. A kind of beam effect can be expected.

As another example, although not shown, a mandrel or the like having an outer circumference approximately equal to the outer circumference of the container is inserted into the container body to form a cylindrical shape, and a hot plate or the like is attached to the cylindrical ruled line of the main body as it is or with it removed. The above-mentioned effect can be obtained by applying a step of pressing and heating the composite paper to remove residual distortion of the composite paper due to the provision of ruled lines in the portion.

To explain yet another example, after removing the residual strain in the composite paper due to the addition of ruled lines through the heating and pressurizing process of the ruled line portion using a hot plate, etc., the second
As shown in Fig. a, the ruled line portion is further pressed from the outside in the direction of the arrow to form the entire cocoon shape with a constriction in the middle, and after applying reverse ruled lines to portion 1, the pressing is released. By going through the above-mentioned steps, the restored shape of the composite paper container body pasted on the sheet could be shaped into a substantially cylindrical shape as shown in FIG. 2b.

In addition, the above-mentioned shaping means strongly presses the ruled part from the outside in the direction of the arrow to form the cross section into a cocoon shape with a constriction in the middle, gives reverse ruled lines, releases it, and then further cuts the same part with a hot plate or the like. It was also possible to restore the cylindrical shape as shown in FIG. 2b by performing a process of heating and pressurizing to eliminate the ruled line effect.

According to the manufacturing method of the present invention, when shaping the body of a pasted composite paper container, the influence of residual distortion of the composite paper due to the addition of ruled lines is removed, and the cross-sectional shape of the restored container body approaches a stable cylindrical shape. It is possible to obtain a structure that is satisfactory both in terms of structure and appearance.
