本考案はプラスチツクシートから圧空、又は真

(従来の技術)
プラスチツクシートを圧空、又は真空成形する
際、あらかじめ金型の雌型内に底板、或いは底板
と側壁とを構成するカートンを挿入しておき、そ
の上からプラスチツクシートを圧空、又は真空成
形すると、補強された複合容器を得ることが出来

(問題点を解決するための手段)
本考案の複合容器は、プラスチツクシートから
圧空、又は真空成形され、容器の上部フランジ部
分と底板部分との外面に、それぞれ上部補強シー
トと下部補強シートとが貼着されており、かつそ
れら2ケ所の補強シートは、圧空、又は真空成形
の際、一枚の補強シート上にあらかじめ打抜き加
工された切取線にそつて引きちぎられてなるもの

貼着されている。第2図はコツプ状の容器であ
り、第3図は蓋付容器である。この形状も第1図
の容器を2つ並べた形状をしており、本考案の他

ス成形される。図の補強シート5は帯状である
が、枚葉でもよい。第5図は第1図の本考案の複
合容器に対応した帯状の補強シート5の一部を示
す。補強シート5に上部補強シート2と下部補強
シート3との輪郭が切取線8,9、及び折線10
で加工されている。切取線9は省略し、後工程で
打ち抜く場合もある。第6図は第2図の複合容器

引きちぎられ成形を完了する。プラスチツクシー
ト4と、補強シート5とはクランプされている
(図示省略)。クランプは、別途クランプ装置で、
又は雌型、雄型間で上記引きちぎれ工程の前にク
ランプされる。上部補強シート2は雌型の上部に
