Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a molded paper sheet formed by pressing a paper sheet such as cardboard by pressing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, when a tray is manufactured by press-molding a corrugated cardboard, as shown in FIG. 9, a radial auxiliary ruled line 51 is inserted into a corrugated cardboard sheet 50 which is a material, and is heated and cut to cut the periphery of the concave portion 52. Trim along line 53.
[0003]
As a result, as shown in FIG. 10, the rising wall 55 rises from each side of the bottom wall 54, and a tray having a curved portion 56 with folds and wrinkles between the adjacent rising walls 55 is formed. (See Patent Document 1).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-301064 A (FIGS. 12 and 13)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, when trying to form a curved portion only by wrinkling a paper sheet, the degree of freedom in molding is limited, and a molded article such as a cushioning material having a complicated shape or a deep container cannot be manufactured. There is.
[0006]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to manufacture a paper sheet molded article such as a cushioning material or a container in which it is difficult to form a curved portion only by wrinkling.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention relates to manufacturing a paper sheet molded body having a curved portion formed between adjacent rising walls, in which a notch or a fold is formed in the paper sheet to be connected to one of the rising walls. A sticking piece is formed, and with pressing, the sticking piece is bent from one rising wall toward the other rising wall, and is attached to the other rising wall with an adhesive, thereby deforming due to wrinkles. The above modification was made possible.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
First, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0009]
The cushioning material shown here is formed from a cardboard sheet blank as shown in FIG. In this blank, an inner wall 2 and a rising wall 3 are sequentially provided on each side of a rectangular bottom wall 1 through a fold, and each corner is cut out to form a short side rising wall 3. Adhesive pieces 4 are continuously provided on both side edges of the sheet through folds.
[0010]
In order to form a cushioning material from such a blank, a hot-melt adhesive is applied to the inner surface of the sticking piece 4, and the blank is placed between a pair of dies 5, 6 as shown in FIGS. The inner wall 2 is bent upward from the bottom wall 1 and the rising wall 3 is bent downward from the inner wall 2 by being heated and pressed.
[0011]
Then, at the time of this pressing, the adhesive piece 4 is bent from one of the connected rising walls 3 toward the other rising wall 3 and is bonded to the other rising wall 3 with a hot melt adhesive. As shown in FIG. 4, a cushioning material in which the adjacent rising walls 3 are connected at the corners is formed.
[0012]
In this way, when the adhesive piece 4 is formed by cutting out the corner of the blank and the adhesive piece 4 is bent and attached to the rising wall 3 with the press, the adhesive piece 4 is more freely deformed than the deformation due to wrinkles. Deformation is possible, and molded articles of various shapes can be easily manufactured simply by pushing the blank into the mold.
[0013]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0014]
The cup-shaped container shown here is formed from a cardboard sheet blank as shown in FIG. In this blank, rising walls 3 are continuously provided on each side of a square bottom wall 1 via a fold, and adjacent rising walls 3 are pasted together via a fold toward a corner of the bottom wall 1. The pieces 4 are connected.
[0015]
In order to form a container from such a blank, a hot melt adhesive is applied to the inner and outer surfaces of the sticking piece 4 and the blank is sandwiched between a pair of molds 5 and 6 as shown in FIGS. Then, the rising wall 3 is erected from the bottom wall 1 while the sticking pieces 4 are folded.
[0016]
At the time of this pressing, the sticking piece 4 is bent from one connecting rising wall 3 toward the other rising wall 3, and both end portions of the one rising wall 3 are bent, so that the sticking piece 4 is bent. When it is adhered to the other rising wall 3 via 4, as shown in FIG. 8, a cup-shaped container having a depth where adjacent rising walls 3 are connected at a corner portion is formed.
[0017]
In this manner, when the adhesive piece 4 is formed by making a fold at the corner of the blank, and the adhesive piece 4 is folded and attached to the rising wall 3 with the press, the deformation is less than the deformation due to wrinkles. Large and free deformation is possible, and molded articles of various shapes can be easily manufactured simply by pushing the blank into the mold.
[0018]
In each of the above embodiments, the adhesive piece 4 may be coated with an adhesive in advance, or may be sprayed at the time of pressing by a nozzle provided on at least one of the dies 5 and 6.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the paper sheet molded body according to the present invention, the sticking piece formed by cutting or notching is bent together with the press and attached to the rising wall, and the curved portion is formed. Therefore, deformation larger than deformation due to wrinkles can be performed freely, and a cushioning material having a complicated shape and a container having a depth can be manufactured.
