Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a sufficient downy hairy appearance at a low fiber density by forming stinging hairy pile parts and down hairy pile parts from pile tip parts and root parts formed from fiber yarn of the same Y-shaped cross section. CONSTITUTION:Fiber, having crimps and Y-shaped cross section and splittable by shock alone or yarn containing the aforementioned fiber is used as fiber yarn for forming piles to form the piles on the surface of a pile base fabric 1. The surface of the base fabric with the formed piles is then slid and rubbed while being shocked and beaten by a rotor provided with projections on the surface in a heated state to split tips of the piles into plural parts. Crimps at the tips are simultaneously removed to form stinging hairy pile parts. Thereby, a pile fabric composed of the stinging hairy pile parts 2 and down hairy pile parts 3 is obtained.

Efforts to make pile fabrics closer to natural ones are *m
It has been continued without a break since the fabric was formed, and the pile is made long and short, and the 11! In addition to old methods such as changing the diameter, in recent years, as natural fur has become difficult to obtain due to considerations of wildlife protection, methods such as sharpening the tip of the hair and using ultra-fine fibers as downy hair have been introduced. Coupled with the recent advances in l11ton development technology, efforts have begun to seriously develop products that will bring them closer to natural piles.

A common method for sharpening the tips of synthetic rattan fibers for piles, such as stinging hair, is to immerse the tips of the piles in a fiber solvent to partially dissolve them.
Many proposals such as 460.58-36267.65-245570 have been made, but when performing the above-mentioned sharpening treatment in the system state before pile formation, the sharpened portion is positioned at the tip of the pile during pile formation. This is the main shock, and if sharpening treatment is applied after pile formation, the pile formation surface should be even!
It is difficult to add a solvent to the dye, and there are disadvantages such as the dyeing performance differing due to the denaturation of the entire sharpening treatment. : Obtained from: 1Lnc, There have also been proposals to use the thick and thin type of pile for piles, but it is difficult to position the pile tips accurately.

Furthermore, a major difference between synthetic fibers and natural fur fibers is the presence or absence of waist of each fiber. This is Synthesis II1.
While the fiber diameter of M1 is uniform, in the case of natural fibers, the fiber diameter gradually decreases from the root to the tip.
This is because it has a structure that makes the pile less prone to lodging than synthetic JIII.

The first gist of the present invention is that the bristle-like pile portion and the downy pile portion are formed of the same pile, and that the bristle-like pile portion and the tips of the fibers constituting the pile are It is composed of a Y-shaped cross section q1 that is non-crimped and divided into multiple parts at random lengths, and the downy hair-like pile part is composed of the root part of the fibers that make up the prickly hair-like pile part. , the root part,
It is a pile fabric characterized by having an undivided Y-shaped cross-section am having crimps and twists planted either singly or in a convergent manner with other hawks, and the second gist is: In a method for producing a pile fabric consisting of a hair-like pile portion and a downy pile portion, a yarn having a crimp and having a Y-shaped cross-section am that can be split by impact or having one or more yarns is used as a pile-forming fiber. A pile is formed as yarn on the surface of the pile base fabric, and then the surface of the base fabric on which the pile is planted is rubbed and impacted using a heated rotating body with protrusions on the surface, and the tip of the pile is A method for manufacturing a pile fabric, characterized in that a section is divided into a plurality of pieces and, at the same time, a crimp at the tip is removed to form a pile section in the form of bristle.

The pile fabric of the present invention has the same Y-shaped JFriTll-like pile part and the downy pile part! It is made of fibrous filaments and is made up of the tip and base of the pile, and only the tip of the pile is randomly divided into multiple pieces, resulting in no crimping. It has a sharp edge shape, and it does not require any new processing to form the sharp edge, and it is possible to industrially form the sharp edge pile by a hassle-free method after forming the pile fabric. In addition, the pile base is made up of undivided Y-shaped fibers with a new surface shape, and is also created by the twist peculiar to the Y-shaped cross-sectional shape and the crimp applied during the manufacturing process. The intertwining of the fibers gives it a dense appearance, and a small* fiber density can provide a sufficient downy appearance.

Historically, since fibers with a Y-shaped cross section are wrapped around the pile, the pile becomes strong, and this has great effects, such as eliminating the sagging of the pile that is typical when using synthetic fibers.

[Scope of Claims] 1) The prickly pile portion and the downy pile portion are formed of the same pile, and in the prickly pile portion, the tips of the fibers constituting the pile are non-crimped. It is composed of Y-shaped cross-sectional fibers divided into a plurality of large and random lengths, and the downy pile part is composed of the root part of the fibers that make up the prickly pile part. teeth,
A pile fabric characterized in that undivided Y-shaped cross-sectional fibers having crimps and twists are planted singly or in a convergent manner with other fibers. 2) A method for manufacturing a pile fabric comprising a prickly pile portion and a downy pile portion, in which a yarn consisting of a Y-shaped cross-section fiber having a crimp and splittable by impact, alone or including the Y-shaped cross-sectional fiber, A pile is formed on the surface of a pile base fabric as a fiber yarn for pile formation, and then the surface of the base fabric on which the pile is formed is rubbed and rubbed using a heated rotating body with projections provided on the surface to form a pile. 1. A method for producing a pile fabric, which comprises dividing the tip of the cloth into a plurality of pieces and simultaneously removing the crimp of the tip to form a bristle-like pile portion.
