【考案の詳細な説明】
《考案の分野》
この考案は内装部品を車体パネルに内装する内

周知のように、自動車室内にはドアトリム、ボ
デイサイド、リヤパーセル等各種内装部品が取付
けられており、この種の内装部品は、第3図に示
すように木質繊維板、複合樹脂板等を所要形状に
成形してなる成形芯材1と、成形芯材1の表面側
にプラスチツク発泡体等のパツド材2、PVCシ
ート等の表皮材3が接着剤を介して一体貼着され
た積層構造体をなしており、この種の内装部品を
車体パネル4に取付けるには、成形芯材1に車体
パネル4側に膨出するクリツプ取付座5が芯材1
と一体に設けられ、このクリツプ取付座5にクリ
ツプ6を装着して、このクリツプ6の弾性嵌合片
6aを車体パネル4の取付孔4a内に圧入嵌合さ
せることにより、車体パネル4に対して内装部品

ツプ取付座の表裏面側からこのクリツプ取付座を
挟持するヘツドフランジ、並びにセンタフランジ
と、車体パネルの取付孔に嵌着される弾性嵌合片
とを備え、上記ヘツドフランジを肉厚に設定する
と共に、このヘツドフランジの内面を球面状とす
るR面加工を施すことによりヘツドフランジの基
部のみがクリツプ取付座の内面と接触し、ヘツド
フランジと取付座との間に介在する接着剤の粘着

接着剤の粘着音が確実に防止できるように構成さ
