ニツケルメツキによりダイヤモンド又はCBNな
どの砥粒を電着してなる電着砥石において、前記
ダイヤモンド又はCBNなどの砥粒は前記シヤン
クに固着されたキヤツプに被着されていることを
特徴とする電着砥石。 (2) 前記シヤンクは鉄系材料の棒材の表面に超
硬やセラミツク等の超硬質部材により被覆されて
いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電着砥石。 (3) 前記キヤツプはNiと密着性が良いか或い
は電気伝導度の良いリングにより形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電着砥石。 (4) 前記キヤツプは熱膨張係数の小さい材料に
より形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記
載の電着砥石。 (5) 前記キヤツプは前記シヤンクに対して取付
け取外しが可能に構成されていることを特徴とす
