Conventional so-called sliding doors have a step in the thickness direction of the door between the doors, which detracts from the aesthetics of the design. Therefore, the above-mentioned flat-close sliding door that does not have a step is attracting attention. However, due to the structure of the existing door, unless there is a gap between the butt ends of both doors, the doors cannot be opened or opened, resulting in stacking of the doors, so it is necessary to make the door completely closed. There are various problems in terms of use, manufacturing, and cost, such as the inability to open and move the doors without chamfering the back surfaces of the butting ends of both doors into an inclined state.

Therefore, in an attempt to solve the above problem, the applicant has already provided two running bodies at both the upper and lower ends of the left and right doors, at the inner and outer ends of the door width direction, and on the other hand, the door mounting On the opposing surfaces of the upper and lower walls of the frame, there is a straight part at the center, sloped parts curved backward on both left and right sides of the straight part, and guide parts curved backward on both left and right sides of the straight part. One upper wall door rail consisting of one upper wall door rail and one lower wall door rail are installed side by side, and the running bodies at both the inner and outer ends in the door width direction are
By being engaged with the guide portion and the inclined portion of both door rails, the left and right doors are brought into a planar closed state with their respective inner edges butted against each other, and one door is connected to the other door. A planar closing sliding door device configured to be closed in a stacked state at the front or back is proposed.

According to the above-described door device, when both doors are closed in a plane, both door rails are covered by the doors, so that they are not exposed to the outside, and the design is excellent. Although it is certainly effective in that it is possible to make a completely closed door without cutting out the butting end of the door, and the structure can be simplified and manufactured at a low cost, the above door device is Since the weight of the door is carried by the traveling body, even if the traveling body is formed of rollers or rollers, the opening and closing operations of the door become heavy, and therefore, there is a drawback that the door is not suitable for particularly large and heavy doors. .

Therefore, it has been proposed to provide two supporting running rollers that receive the weight of the door, separately from the running body, at both the upper and lower ends of the door, and at both the inner and outer ends in the width direction of the door.

However, when the above support running roller is provided,
When the door is opened and closed, when the running body is pulled out from the guide part and the inclined part of both door rails to the straight part, and from the straight part to the guide part and the inclined part, and then pushed in, the support running roller is rotated. not the direction,
The door slides on the flat part of the rail in a direction almost perpendicular to the direction of rotation, so when opening and closing the door by moving it in the width direction, the door slides smoothly.
Although it is light and nimble, when opening and closing the door, frictional resistance between the support running roller and the rail increases the door opening/closing operation, and if the support running roller is made of metal, the roller and rail may wear out. As a result, the door may not open and close smoothly, and if rubber rollers are used, twisting force may be applied to the rollers, damaging them and causing malfunctions.

The present invention is an attempt to solve the above-mentioned problems, and is a planar closing device comprising two support running rollers and two guide running bodies at both the upper and lower ends of the door, at the inner and outer ends in the width direction of the door. At the door,
When the guide section of the upper wall door rail and the lower wall door rail is engaged with and disengaged from the guide section when the door is opened or closed, the door can be transferred from the supporting roller to the guide section and carried. By providing a push-up guide portion of the guiding traveling body, when the door is opened and closed, the weight of the door is supported by the supporting traveling rollers, so that the door can be opened and closed smoothly and easily. ,
When opening and closing the door, the weight of the door is supported by the guide running body to prevent sliding between the supporting running rollers and the rails, allowing the door to open and close easily, and reducing wear on the supporting running rollers and the rails. Its purpose is to prevent damage and improve durability.

To open the left door 1 from the closed door state described above, first hold the handle 18 and pull it forward as indicated by the arrow a in the figure.
Since a forward force acts on the support roller 8' and the support roller 8', the door 1 attempts to rotate clockwise with the guide roller 10 and the support roller 8 at the outer end serving as fulcrums. However, the guide running body 10' escapes diagonally forward from the guide part 12d along the inclined guide part 12d, so that the other guide running body 10 is guided to the inclined part 12c. and escape diagonally forward, and each of the straight parts 12b
The door 1 engages with the opening edge 3 of the door mounting frame 3.
It is pulled out in parallel to f and without interfering with the other door 2, to the front of the door 2 to the position shown by the solid line in FIG.

Further, when closing the door 1, when the door 1 is moved to the left from the open door state shown by the two-dot broken line in FIG. is rolled to the left, while each guide running body 10, 10' rolls toward both door rails 1.
Since it is guided by the straight parts 12b and 13b of 2 and 13, it moves to the left while remaining parallel to the guide traveling body 10,
10 is attached to the inclined portions 12c and 13c, and the guide running body 1
0' reaches the guide portion 12d, but when the door 1 is further moved in the direction opposite to the arrow a shown in the figure, the guide traveling body 10,
10 engages with the inclined parts 12c and 13c, while the guide running body 10' engages with the guide part 12d, and the door 1
The doors move rearward in a parallel state and are closed as shown by the solid line in Figure 1, so that they are on the same plane as the other door 2 and their inner ends 1a and 2b are butted against each other. While the door is closed, the straight portions 12b and 13b of both door rails 12 and 13 are prepared for the opening of the other door 2.

Furthermore, when the guide section 10' engages with the guide section 12d, it is pushed up by the push-up guide section 16, so that the support running roller 8' is pushed up against the planar rail section 12a.
The guide body 10' lifts up and no longer receives the weight of the door, and the guide traveling body 10' receives the weight of the door instead.
When the door is closed or when the door is opened as described above, the support running roller 10' is not forced to slide on the flat rail portion 12a, so that the door opening operation is smooth.

As explained above, since the moving device for the support running rollers in the flat sliding door according to the present invention is constructed, the support running rollers 8, 8', 9, 9' move when the door is opened/closed. , rolls on the flat rail portion 12a of the upper wall door rail 12 under the weight of the door, while each guide running body 10,
10', 11, 11' are engaged with and guided by the straight parts 12b, 13b of both door rails 12, 13, so that the door opening/closing movement is controlled by the opening edge 3f of the door mounting frame 3.
Not only can the guide running bodies 10', 11' be moved smoothly parallel to the door, but also when the guiding running bodies 10', 11' are engaged with and disengaging from the guide parts 12d, 12d' when opening/closing the door, the guiding running bodies 10', 11' are pushed. By being pushed up by the lifting guide part 16, the support running rollers 8' and 9' float up and no longer receive the weight of the door, but are instead supported by the guide running bodies 10' and 11', so that when the door is opened and closed, In the support running roller 8',
9' can be moved in the front and back direction without interfering with the door rail 12, and not only can the doors 1 and 2 be opened and closed smoothly and easily, but also the supporting rollers 8' and 9' can be moved by the door rail 12. Since the support rollers 8', 9' and the door rail 12 will not be forcibly slid or twisted, damage to the support rollers 8', 9' and the door rail 12 can be prevented, thus improving durability. It is also possible to use rubber rollers with low operating noise without any problems.
