Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject apparatus capable of improving the yield of waste paper pulp and decreasing the volume of disposed paper by providing a means to defibrate a waste document, etc., in a water tank to obtain an aqueous suspension, a means for transferring the suspension to dehydration part, a means for separating water from the suspension and a means to return the separated water to the water tank. CONSTITUTION:The objective document disposer disposes waste documents such as various documents and drawings in a state unable to read the information of the original document. Waste documents, etc., are charged into a water tank casing 1 and defibrated in water by rotating a stirring means composed of a propeller 2 to obtain an aqueous suspension of defibrated material. The suspension is passed through the holes 10' of an inlet 10 of an introducing pipe 12 for a dehydration part, introduced to the introducing pipe 12 by an introducing apparatus 11 of the dehydration part and discharged from an outlet 13 of the dehydration part introduction pipe. The suspension is poured on a defibrated material collection net 7 in a dehydration part casing 21 to separate water from the aqueous suspension. The separated water is transferred through a draining hole 23, a pipe 24 and an inlet 26 of the water tank and reused by returning to the water tank 1.

As seen in Japanese Patent No. 4-90046, a paper shredder, generally called a shredder, shreds discarded documents in a dry state (in air) using a roll cutter, a spiral cutter, or the like.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in recent years, due to environmental and resource issues, there has been an increasing movement to promote the reuse of waste paper. Shredded waste paper has a problem in that the production yield of waste paper valves from shredded waste paper decreases due to fiber fineness caused by cutting the paper fibers.

Furthermore, since the cutting direction of discarded documents shredded in a dry state is constant, it is relatively easier to restore the state before shredding than shredded paper pieces, especially when shredded into strips. The risk of confidential information being leaked from the discarded documents was also unavoidable.

Furthermore, since the shredded paper pieces that have been shredded into strips are bulkier and bulkier than before they are shredded, it takes much more space to store the shredded paper waste than before shredding. other,
The process of transporting the shredded paper pieces is time-consuming, and in order to reduce the bulk, the method of shredding waste documents into fine rectangles with both a roll cutter and a spiral cutter is not suitable for paper fibers. A problem arises in that the cutting promotes fiber fineness and further reduces the production yield of waste paper pulp from shredded waste paper.

Then, the suspended water containing the defibrated waste documents passes through the hole 10° of the inlet 10 of the dewatering section introduction pipe 12, and is transported by the dewatering section introducing conveyance device 1 consisting of a propeller rotated by a power means (not shown). It passes through the dewatering section introduction pipe 12 and is introduced together with water from the dehydration section introduction pipe outlet 13 into the defibrated material collection means 7 consisting of a defibrated material collection net.

Here, the hole 10' of the dehydration section introduction pipe inlet 10 is sufficiently small (
If the discarded documents are torn into relatively large pieces by the defibration means 2 consisting of an agitator, they will not pass through the hole 10 and will be broken into smaller pieces by the stirring of the suspension system in the water tank. °° Defibration°° is done, and small enough pieces of discarded document paper (tearlets so small that it is impossible to restore discarded document paper) °°
Alternatively, only the defibrated material of the discarded document passes through the hole 10' of the dewatering section introduction pipe 10, thereby almost eliminating the risk of leaking secrets from the discarded document.

The water in the suspended water introduced into the defibrated material collection means 7, which is also made of a cylindrical net, and which is housed in a cylindrical dehydration cylinder 8 having dehydration holes 8°, is collected at the bottom of the dehydration cylinder 8°. A portion of the water is dehydrated through a dehydration hole (not shown). In addition, the defibrated material collecting means 7
The mesh size of the paper is sufficiently small (usually 30 to 300 meshes) to retain the defibrated material and dehydrate the water.
The defibrated material collecting means 7 is fixedly housed in the dewatering cylinder 8 in a detachable manner.

The defibrated material accumulated in the defibrated material collection container 7 of the dehydration section is disposed of outside the document processing apparatus by taking out the defibrated material collection container 7 from the dehydration cylinder 8, as shown in FIG. It is used as raw material for waste paper valves, etc. In addition, in Figure 3,
7 is a handle for taking out the defibrated material collection container 7, and the dehydration section introduction pipe outlet 13 portion of the dehydration section introduction pipe 12 is placed on the left and right sides so as not to interfere with taking out the defibrated material collection container 7. (Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the present invention, waste paper valves are collected from waste paper by simply defibrating waste paper using a wet method and dehydrating and processing the defibrated material. This has the effect of increasing the efficiency, significantly lowering the risk of secret leakage, and reducing the bulk of paper after disposal.
