However, in recent years, there has been an increasing movement to promote the reuse of used paper due to environmental problems, resource problems, etc., and attention has been paid to the use of recycled paper. In the shredded waste paper, there is a problem that the fibers are fined by cutting the paper fibers, and the production yield of waste pulp from these shredded waste papers is reduced. Further, since the cutting direction of a waste document shredded in a dry state is constant, it is relatively easy to restore a state in which a shredded paper piece, particularly a strip-shaped shredded paper piece, to a state before shredding, and the waste document Was also an inevitable problem. Also, since the shredded paper pieces cut into such a band shape are bulkier and bulkier than the state of the documents before shredding, the storage of the shredded paper waste is much more than before shredding. There is also a problem that a large space is required and that it takes time to carry out processing such as transportation of the shredded paper pieces. In order to reduce this "bulk", there is also a method in which waste paper is shredded with both a roll cutter and a spiral cutter and the shredded paper pieces are made into a fine rectangular shape. Further, there is a problem that the production yield of waste paper pulp from shredded waste paper is further reduced. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a novel document processing apparatus which improves the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art.

The above objects are achieved by the present invention described below. That is, the present invention relates to a document processing apparatus which performs a disposal process of a document by a wet method, wherein a rotary conveyor part of which is disposed in a water tank, and which is located above the rotary conveyor part and communicates with the rotary conveyor part. And that only the water in the waste treated paper including the water conveyed by the rotary conveyor from the inside of the water tank is discharged into the water tank by the treated paper storage section. This is a document processing apparatus characterized by the following.

According to the document processing apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to easily dispose of a document by a wet method without extremely reducing the size of the paper fiber, thereby increasing the production yield of waste paper pulp from the discarded document. I can do it. In addition, since the document is swollen in water, the risk of secret leakage from the discarded document is reduced. Further, the space for storing the waste after the disposal can be reduced, and the processing such as transportation of the waste can be facilitated.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the processing paper storage section 8 as viewed from the direction of arrow A (shown in FIG. 2). A treated paper storage case 9 made of a wire mesh or the like having a large number of pores is provided in the treated paper storage unit 8 to discharge only water from waste treated paper containing water and hold and store only the waste treated paper. Is detachably installed. In this embodiment, the entire processing paper storage case 9 is formed of a wire mesh except for the upper surface and the processing paper storage unit entrance 7 (shown in FIG. 3), and the processing paper storage case 9 is provided by means not shown. It is installed so as not to contact the inner wall of the storage section 8. With the processing paper storage unit 8 having such a configuration, in the document processing apparatus of the present invention,
From the side and lower surfaces of the treated paper storage case 9, water contained in the waste treated paper is efficiently discharged. Further, a surface 8 ′ above the water surface 3 of the treated paper storage unit 8 (in the direction of arrow B
4 has holes 16 which are considerably larger than the pores of the treated paper storage case 9 as shown in FIG. It is configured to return to.

Since the document processing apparatus of the present invention is configured as described above, the discarded paper is accommodated in the treated paper storage case 9, while the water contained in the discarded paper is also included. Return to the inside of the main body water tank 2, only the discarded treated paper stays in the treated paper storage case 9 sequentially. When waste paper containing no more than a certain amount of water is stored in the paper storage case 9 in this way, the paper storage case 9 is taken out from the paper storage case entrance 15 at the top of the apparatus body. The waste paper thus taken out is used as a raw paper pulp raw material or the like. Further, the empty processing paper storage case 9 from which the waste processing paper has been taken out is installed again in the processing paper storage section 8 of the apparatus main body.

As described above, according to the document processing apparatus of the present invention, the recovery rate of waste paper pulp from waste document paper can be increased by simply disposing of waste document paper in water by a wet method. I can do it. In addition, since the waste documents are swollen and processed in water, the risk of secret leakage can be reduced as in the case of processing by the dry method, and the bulk of the paper after the waste processing is reduced. effective.
