て、前記プーリーのベルト巻き取り胴部の内側に、一側
方に開放された凹入空間を形成すると共に、この凹入空
間の中心部に位置し且つ前記胴部と一体のボス部に、吊
下用ベルトの内端を固定したベルト取付け部材を相対回
転及び抜き差し自在に嵌合させ、このベルト取付け部材
から延出する吊下用ベルトを、前記胴部に設けた一端開
放のスリットを経由させて当該胴部の外側に導出させ、
前記胴部がベルト巻き上げ方向に回転したときに前記ベ
ルト取付け部材の先端周面との間で前記吊下用ベルトを
挟着する突出カム部を前記胴部の内周面に形成して成る
