Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve adhesive strength of a core material to a pipe by forming uneven grooves on a core material, then covering it with a pipe of high conductivity conductor, and carrying out drawing process. CONSTITUTION:An iron-aluminum clad column 10 has a core material 11 of a magnetic material made of iron provided with female threads 13, 14 at coupling threaded parts of both ends and formed with uneven grooves of longitudinal groove, lateral groove, oblique groove or combination thereof on the side periphery, and a pipe 12 of high conductivity conductor made of aluminum to be engaged with the groove on its inner periphery. The column 10 is formed with the groove on the material 11, then covered with the pipe 12, and drawn. Thus, the inside of the pipe intrudes into the groove of the core material, thereby providing strength against shearing tension in vertical or rotating direction. Accordingly, it can sufficiently endure against a torque generated during thread engaging and a thrust generated during use.

らなる凹凸溝を形成し、しかる後上記良導体のパイプ内
に装入し、該芯材を内装したパイプに引抜き加工を施し
て構成されている。

込み、接着強度が飛躍的に向上することになった。

棒の製造方法において、予め上記芯材表面全体に縦溝、
横溝、斜め溝あるいはこれらの組合せからなる凹凸溝を
形成し、しかる後上記良導体のパイプ内に装入し、該芯
材を内装したパイプに引抜き加工を施したことを特徴と
するリニアモーター用クラッドコラムの製造方法。
