【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本考案は、タワークレーンにおけるクレーンの
クライミング装置に関する。

レーンをタワーの側面に沿いクライミングさせる
仕方と、クレーンを載置固定した架台を常時はタ
ワーの鉄骨横梁に固定しておき、クレーンをクラ
イミングさせる際に架台とタワーの鉄骨横梁との
連結を断ち、クレーンをタワー内を通つてクライ
ミングさせる仕方とが一般に行われている。

い、かつ多人数を必要とした。

するための固定ピンを設け、前記油圧シリンダは
引出された状態において架台ビームに対する連結
部材の動きを油圧シリンダの油圧で阻止されるよ
うに引出側に油圧が印加されている。

に図示されていない旋回体およびクレーン本体が
取付けられている。11は架台ビーム5の各先端
部に摺動により引出し引込み自在に設けられた連
結部材(アウトリガー)であり、連結部材11は
架台ビーム5の下部フランジ上をスライドして引
出し引込められる。12は架台ビーム5と連結部
材11との間に設けられた油圧シリンダで、この
油圧ジヤツキを構成する油圧シリンダ12により
連結部材11が引出し引込められる。

材11と鉄骨横梁3とを少数のボルト14でもつ
て固定しておけばよい。連結部材11は油圧ジヤ
ツキすなわち油圧シリンダ12でもつて引出し引
込みされるので、手動引出し式による場合のよう
に、引出し操作に手をはさみ込む等の危険はな
い。なお、安全のため連結部材11を引出した状
態において連結部材11と架台ビーム5との間に
固定ピン15を差込んでおくようにする。
