That is, when lifting a marine structure 2 placed on a quay 1 etc. by a hoist ship 3 on the sea, it may be impossible to lift the marine structure 2 due to restrictions on sea conditions, and even if it is lifted, it may not be possible to lift it at sea. As shown in Figure 2, structures are constantly shaking, and even if horizontal shaking can be countered with shock absorbers, it is extremely difficult to deal with vertical shaking. .

The offshore structure lifting device of the present invention includes a single lifting fitting, a plurality of hydraulic cylinders fixed on the lifting fitting, a piston rod projecting upward from each of the hydraulic cylinders, and mutually suspended piston rods. If they are separated, there will be a wire for suspending the offshore structure, an oil chamber formed in each of the hydraulic cylinders for applying hydraulic pressure to the lower surface of the piston of the piston rod, and an intermediary between each oil chamber and a common hydraulic unit. It is characterized by comprising a common accumulator inserted therein for reducing increases and decreases in the oil pressure in the oil chamber.

In this invention, as shown in FIG.
A plurality of hydraulic cylinders 8 are fixed to the upper surface, and hanging jigs 10 separated from each other are suspended from piston rods 9 that protrude upward from each hydraulic cylinder 8 via wires 9'. 10 suspends the marine structures 2 via the respective suspension wires 7, and an oil chamber is formed in each of the hydraulic cylinders 8 to apply hydraulic pressure to the lower surface of the piston of the piston rod 9. The oil chamber is communicated with a hydraulic unit 12 via a common accumulator 11.

Since the device of this invention has the above-mentioned configuration, it operates as shown below, and even if the hoist vessel moves up and down due to swells on the sea surface, it suppresses the up-and-down movement of the marine structure and keeps the level constant. There is work.

(1) When the hoist ship is rocked upward When the hoist ship is rocked upward due to the swell of waves, and a force is applied to the marine structure to raise it upward, the piston in the hydraulic cylinder 8 moves downward. As a result, the oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinder 8 tends to rise.

Normally, the movement of the piston is controlled by this increase in oil pressure, but in the device of the present invention, the oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinder 8 does not increase due to the action of the accumulator 11, and the oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinder 8 is increased by an amount corresponding to the upward movement of the hoist. 8, the piston is lowered and the upward movement of the marine structure is thus blocked.

(2) When the hoist ship swings downward Similarly, when the hoist ship shakes downward and a force is applied to lower the marine structure downward, the oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinder 8 tries to fall, but at this time, the Due to the action of the hydraulic cylinder 11, the oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinder 8 does not change, and the piston rises in the hydraulic cylinder 8 by an amount corresponding to the downward movement of the hoist ship, so that the level of the marine structure is kept constant.

(3) In addition, the hydraulic cylinder 8 is fixed on the hanging fitting 5, and the marine structure 2 is suspended via a wire to the piston rod that projects upward from the hydraulic cylinder 8, and the piston connected to the piston rod is suspended. Since the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder 8 is applied to the lower surface, the marine structure can be suspended more stably with a small piston cylinder.
