Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate need of temporarily fixing with adhesive agent to enable automatic processing of binding by providing a plurality of protrusions on a flange of the bobbin along a mounting face of a coil part at positions where the protrusions do not protrude from an outer peripheral face of the flange and by binding and fixing the end of a coil wire wound around the bobbin to the protrusions. CONSTITUTION:A starting end of a coil wire 20 is bound to a first protrusion 6a, a gear not shown is engaged with gear parts 4a, 4b to transmit torque, a bobbin 1 is rotated with one of sides 10a of a core 10 as the center, the wire 20 is wound around two flanges 3a, 3b, and the end of the winding is bound to a second protrusion 6b. The bound part is soldered, and the end of the wire 20 and the protrusions 6a, 6b are firmly fixed with each other. に当接しボビンの回転が不能となる。そこで、ボビンに
は端子を設けず、コイル線材の端末をボビンに接着剤で
仮止めしている。巻回作業の終了後、端子を備えた端子
台をボビンに固定し、コイル端末を端子にからげ、半田
付けしている。

造としたため、突起にコイル線材の一方の端末をからげ
て巻回処理を行ない、その後にコイル線材の他方の端末
を別の突起にからげることができ、巻回工程時に突起と
コアとの干渉がなく、ボビンの回転に何ら支障が生じな
いことは勿論、従来の如く線材端末を接着剤でボビンに
仮止めする必要がなく、からげ作業の自動処理も容易と
なる。また、端子を取り付けるための端子台が不要とな
り、コイル線材の端末をからげている突起は表面実装用
端子としても機能するので小形の表面実装タイプのコイ
ル部品を得ることができる。
