Abstract

は端子を設けず、コイル線材の端末をボビンに接着剤で
仮止めしている。巻回作業の終了後、端子を備えた端子
台をボビンに固定し、コイル端末を端子にからげ、半田
付けしている。

イル端末のからげ作業はバイブ15の短い露出部分に対
して行なわれるため、機械による自動処理が容易である
。また、端子16はバイブ15に挿入して設置されるた
め、端子台が不要となり、コンパクトなチョークコイル
を構成できる。

端末との電気的接続を図る様にしたため、巻回工程時に
バイブとコアとの干渉がなく、ボビンの回転に何ら支障
が生じないことは勿論、従来の如く線材端末を接着剤で
ボビンに仮止めする必要がなく、からげ作業の自動処理
も容易となる。また、端子を取り付けるための端子台が
不要となり、小形のコイル部品を得ることができる。
