板35の表裏面に対し、上記した低摩擦材のコーティン

塗装したり、あるいは打抜き後のタブ27の先端に同様
の処理を施すことにより、効率的な生産が可能となる。

ものである。該雄端子25の挿入に際しては、先端方の
低摩擦材のコーティング28が雌端子26の電気接続部
29.32の先端方のコーティング34と摺接して、弾
性電気接触部29の頂部30と凸状電気接触部32との
間にスムーズに挿入されるから、初期挿入力が低減する
