Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a lining sheet from peeling off in a vacuum condition and to increase reliability and durability, by arranging an inner tank made of a metallic plate evenly provided with various pierced holes in the inside of an outer tank and sticking a chemical resistant sheet on the inside face of the inner tank and further, forming a suction inlet opened to the interface between the inner and outer tanks, at an appropriate place of the outer tank. CONSTITUTION:In a tank body 1, an inner tank 9 is fixed at the inside of a stainless steel outer tank 8 with spot welding and a lining sheet 10 is sticked at the inside face of the inner tank 9. The inner tank 9 is made of a stainless punching steel with various pierced holes 9a evenly bored on the whole surface and a clearance (t) between the inner and outer tanks 9, 8. The lining sheet 10 is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (teflon) sheet buried with glass cloth 10a at the outer side and sticked on the whole inner face of the inner tank 9 by a rubber bridging type adhesive. In this way, the suction inlet 7 is connected to the clearance (t), opened to the interface between the inner and outer tanks 9, 8 and an adapter 12 of the suction pipe is fixed by screws at a cylindrical connection opening 7a bored at the outer side of the outer tank 8.

(Prior art and its secrets) Generally, in tanks that handle corrosive liquids such as various chemicals and solvents, the entire inner wall of the tank is covered with polyvinyl chloride, rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc. to protect it from corrosion. Seat lining made of chemical material. However, in applications where the internal pressure is reduced, such as when a liquid is introduced into a tank by vacuum suction, or when the tank is used as a vacuum tank, vacuum drying container, or reduced pressure reaction container, the lining sheet is removed by vacuum suction force. There are many cases where the adhesive interface peels off, the lining sheet partially bulges inward, or it peels off over a wide area, making it unusable.

Therefore, as a countermeasure against the above problem, in the past, chemical-resistant sheets were not glued to the inner wall of the tank, or they were glued partially at key points without being glued on the entire surface, and a large number of suction holes were opened in the outer can of the tank. Means is employed to maintain the sort in a tensioned state by simultaneously drawing suction through the suction hole when the pressure inside the tank is reduced to balance the pressure inside and outside the sort.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, with the above-mentioned conventional pressure balance means, the suction force by the suction hole only reaches the vicinity of the suction hole, so a sufficient effect cannot be obtained. It is not possible to completely prevent the situation where the sheet bulges in the separated parts, or even the adhesive part peels off in the case of sheets that are partially adhered, and if the pressure on the outside decreases for some reason, it will be impossible to completely prevent the situation. There was a problem with notebooks collapsing inward and becoming unusable.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention has been developed as a tank whose interior is used in a reduced pressure state, which has an extremely simple structure, can reliably prevent lining notes from peeling off under reduced pressure, has excellent reliability and durability, and is highly durable. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a chemically resistant sitlining tank that can be sufficiently applied to applications requiring vacuum.

(Another Means to Solve the Problems) As a means to achieve the above object, the chemical-resistant inner-lined tank of the present invention is made of a metal plate having a large number of through holes formed almost evenly over the entire surface inside the tank outer can. A chemical-resistant sheet is adhered to the entire inner surface of the inner can, and suction ports opening at the interface between the inner and outer cans are formed at key points in the outer can.

Therefore, when vacuum suction is applied from the suction port provided on the outer can, this suction force extends through the gap between the inner and outer cans to the numerous through-holes provided on the entire surface of the container, and through these through-holes, the chemical-resistant lining notebook is applied to the tank as a whole. It is attracted to the inner side, that is, the outer side. Therefore, when reducing the pressure inside the tank, the pressure inside and outside the lining sheet can be balanced by suction from the suction port as in the past, but in this case, the sort is glued to the entire inner surface of the lining sheet. The suction force of the suction port and the adhesive force combine to greatly increase the strength to withstand the reduced pressure inside the tank.1 It is possible to completely prevent separation of the sort due to the reduced pressure, and the suction force on the outside of the sheet is reduced. Even if the pressure decreases to some extent for some reason, it will not peel off easily, and furthermore, even if the vacuum pump stops due to external suction or a failure of the vacuum pump, the situation where the sheet collapses inward will be avoided.

In addition, the lining sheet 1.0 is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (with glass cloth 10a embedded in the outer surface).
It is made of a Teflon (Teflon) sheet and is attached to the entire inner surface of the Heigo 9 using a rubber-based crosslinked adhesive. The glass cloth 10a of the lining sheet 1-10 improves the adhesion of the sheet 10 to the material 9, and also functions to reduce the elasticity and increase the strength of the sort 10 itself. Further, the spot welding between the outer can 8 and the cylindrical member 9 is performed by filling some of the through holes 9a as shown by 11 in FIG. 2.

In the vacuum tank 1 configured as described above, the liquid inlet 4 is connected to a Nunoche (not shown), and the interior is depressurized by vacuum suction from the air vent 3, thereby applying a suction force to the Nunoche to perform vacuum filtration. The filtrate is drawn into the interior through the liquid inlet 4, and when this internal pressure is reduced, vacuum suction is also performed from each suction lower. That is, due to the suction from the suction lower, the suction force is applied to each through hole 9a of the interior 9 through the gap t, and the lining notebook 10 is attracted to the outside to resist the inward pulling force due to the reduced pressure inside the tank. 1 during operation
A situation in which the pig notebook 10 peels off from the inside and partially bulges inward or collapses can be avoided. In this case, since the sort 10 is adhered to the entire inner surface of the interior 9, the above-mentioned separation prevention effect is strong due to the combination of suction force and adhesive force, and also prevents malfunction or failure of the vacuum pump. Even if the suction from the suction lower decreases or stops for some reason, there is no risk of the sheet 10 collapsing inward all at once, so take necessary measures such as stopping operation or replacing the vacuum pump with plenty of time. is possible. Note that the pressure reduction caused by suction from the suction lower may be set to be equal to or slightly higher than the internal pressure reduction of the tank.

By the way, in the above embodiment, a vacuum tank for Nunoche was exemplified, but the present invention also applies to vacuum tanks used for other purposes,
It can be similarly applied to various chemical-resistant sheet-lined tanks that are used with their interiors under reduced pressure, such as storage tanks for various liquids, vacuum storage tanks for various articles, vacuum drying containers, and vacuum reaction containers. In addition, the design can be changed as appropriate with respect to detailed configurations such as the materials of the inner and outer colors and the chemical-resistant material of the lining sheet.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, by using a chemical-resistant notebook lining tank that is used with the internal pressure reduced, it is possible to reliably prevent the peeling of the lining notebook due to internal depressurization during operation, and prevent the peeling from occurring inside the tank. It has no fear of bulging or collapsing, has excellent reliability and durability, is fully applicable to applications requiring high vacuum, and is structurally simple and easy to manufacture.
