(発明が解決しようとする問題点)

来なくなるという問題がある。また後者の貼着方
法はカラーチツプの作成作業および印刷用紙への
カラーチツプ貼着作業に多く時間を要して効率が
悪く、また貼着によつて印刷用紙とカラーチツプ
に段差を生じて外観上不自然であり、更に経時に
よりカラーチツプが印刷用紙から脱落するという

セイコーアドバンス株式会社製)をシルクスクリ
ーン印刷し、温度80℃で20分間乾燥してグレー色
インキ層6を形成した。続いてグレー色インキ層
6の表面に各車体色インキのシルクスクリーン印
刷と温度80℃で20分間乾燥を繰り返し行なつて
夫々の車体色インキ7を形成した。更に印刷用紙
1の表裏全体に亘つて厚さ16μの透明なポリエス
テルフイルムをラミネートして被膜8を形成し

く、更に通常のグラビア印刷またはオフセツト印
刷との部分別印刷することが出来る等の効果があ
