A molded hook-and-loop fastener member is a foamed molded product in which a metal sheet is placed on the top surface of a conventional engagement element group, the metal sheet is covered with a film, and the film and metal sheet are fixed to a hook-and-loop fastener base material. Although it is effective in preventing the foamed molding material from entering the engaging element group during manufacturing, the difference in thermal expansion and contraction between the metal sheet and the hook-and-loop fastener caused by the heat during molding causes the hook-and-loop fastener to break away from the mold. Misaligned or
Dislodgement: A foamed molded product with a good attachment condition cannot be obtained, or a gap is formed between the mold and the hook-and-loop fastener member, and the foamed molding material enters the gap and sticks to the surface of the molded product. Problems such as wavy surface fasteners have been pointed out. Particularly when attaching a long hook-and-loop member to a mold or a mold with a curved surface, it is difficult to attach the hook-and-loop member accurately without slipping or coming off the mold. It is extremely difficult. In addition, in order to solve the above problem, if both ends of the metal sheet and the hook-and-loop fastener or film are not fixed, the attachment state to the mold is good, but the foamed molding material flows from the ends to the engagement element group. Intrudes into the surface and obstructs the engagement function of the surface 7 asener. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide easy attachment to a mold;
A hook-and-loop fastener for molding that has good mold adhesion properties during thermoforming, prevents foam molding material from entering the engaging element group, and provides a foam molded article with the hook-and-loop fastener attached in good condition. To provide parts.

The present invention covers an engaging element group on one surface of a base material and an engaging element group of a hook-and-loop fastener having an embedded element group for embedding in a molded body on the other surface with a film-like material. The edge is joined to at least a part of the base material, and a soft magnetic tape is further placed on the upper surface of the film-like material, and the upper surface is covered with a sheet-like material, and both sides of the sheet-like material are covered with the film-like material. This is a surface fastener member for molding, characterized in that it is joined. The hook-and-loop fastener used in the molded hook-and-loop fastener member of the present invention is made of fibers selected from polyester fibers, polyamide fibers, polyolefin fibers, polyvinyl chloride fibers, acrylic fibers, polyurethane fibers, regenerated cellulose fibers, etc. Woven hook-and-loop fasteners, or polyester, polyamide, polyolefin, plasticized polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane, polyolefin elastomer, polyester elastomer, polyamide elastomer, polyisoprene, and other melt-formable elastic polymers or melt-formable elastic polymers. This is a molded surface fastener obtained by molding a synthetic resin such as a resin composition containing. These hook-and-loop fasteners are provided with a group of engaging elements having an engaging function on one side and a group of embedding elements for embedding in the molded body on the other side. The shape of this embedded element is a loop, a hook, or a fluff-like shape in the case of a knitted and woven surface fastener, and a bulge-head shape, a rod-like shape, an uneven shape, a rough surface, or the like in a molded surface fastener. Further, the film-like material covering the upper surface of the engagement element group of the surface 7 asener can protect the inside of the engagement element group at least until the cast foam molding material loses its fluidity.
There are no particular limitations on the material or structure, but examples include polyolefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, flexible vinyl chloride resins, polyamides, polyesters, polyvinyl alcohol resins, fluorine resins, film materials such as silicone resins, cellophane, and paper. , non-woven fabric, or metal foil such as aluminum foil, etc., or a non-porous or microporous film-like material such as a composite structure of two or more types. Furthermore, the material and structure of the sheet-like material covering the upper surface of the soft magnetic tape is not particularly limited as long as the soft magnetic tape is held or pressed onto the engagement element group, and may be made of, for example, polyethylene, Polyolefins such as polypropylene, soft vinyl chloride resins, polyamides,
Selected from film materials such as polyester, polyvinyl alcohol resin, 7-carbon resin, V-Y-S resin, cellophane, paper, non-woven fabric, knitted fabric, coarsely textured woven fabric, net-like material, etc. It is a non-porous or porous sheet-like material such as one type or a composite structure. The film-like material and the base material of the surface 7 asner, or the film-like material and the sheet-like material are bonded using, for example, chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, acrylic resin, urethane resin, silicone resin, etc. Adhesives for elastomer resins, vinyl acetate resins, epoxy resins,
Bonding is performed using an adhesive selected from true melt adhesives, pressure sensitive adhesives, etc., an ultrasonic method, a high frequency method, a heat fusion method, and other conventional means. The film-like material and the hook-and-loop fastener base material may be bonded together by bonding the entire peripheral edge, but may also be partially bonded as long as the intrusion of the foamed molding material can be prevented. In addition, the /-tab-like object and the film-like object covered with the soft magnetic tape are joined at both side edges, and at least one end in the longitudinal direction prevents deformation during thermal expansion or bending deformation of the soft magnetic tape. It is important to leave them unbonded in order to ensure free sliding properties. Further, the soft magnetic tape may be partially adhered to a film or sheet material with an adhesive or the like to the extent that deformation during thermal expansion or bending deformation of the soft magnetic tape is not hindered. The soft magnetic tape used here is a magnetic material, a tape coated with a magnetic material, or a magnetic or magnetic metal tape, and preferably a soft magnetic steel tape is used. Although the shape of this soft magnetic tape is not particularly limited, an elongated one is usually used. The method for manufacturing a molded object with integrally molded hook and loop fasteners is to attach the hook and loop fastener member for molding to a molding die in a predetermined position, fix it with a magnet, and then preheat the entire mold to the desired temperature. After that, a foaming resin composition, for example, a polyurethane composition liquid or a rubber resin composition containing a foaming agent, filler, lubricant, stabilizer, etc., is injected into the mold and foam molding is performed. Thereafter, the mold is cooled and the molded product is taken out, thereby obtaining a foamed molded product equipped with a hook-and-loop fastener. Next, one embodiment of the molded hook-and-loop fastener of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a hook-and-loop fastener member for molding of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of one embodiment of the hook-and-loop fastener member for molding, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of another embodiment of the hook-and-loop fastener member for molding of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the embodiment. The hook-and-loop fastener member l for molding of the present invention is a hook-and-loop fastener 2 that has a group of engagement elements 8 having an engagement function on one side of a base material and a group of embedded elements 9 embedded in a molded body on the other side. The upper surface of the mating element group is covered with a film-like material 3, and its periphery is bonded 6 to the base material of the hook-and-loop fastener 2 to prevent the foamed molding material from entering into the engaging element group. Then, a soft magnetic tape 5 is placed on the top surface of the film-like material, and the top is further covered with a sheet-like material 4, which is bonded to the film-like material 3 at both side edges 7, and both ends in the longitudinal direction are not bonded. The end portion 10 preferably has a structure with a gap in which the soft magnetic tape 5 can easily slide.
