Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily flock the corner part of the inner surface of a material to be flocked with charged piles by applying a conductive adhesive to the corner part of the inner surface of the material to be flocked and passing an electrode along the corner part to inject piles to said corner part. CONSTITUTION:A conductive adhesive 3 is applied to the corner part 2 of the inner surface of a material 1 to be flocked. A jet nozzle 6 is allowed to go toward the corner part 2 from the inside and short strip-like high voltage positive electrodes 4 are provided to the leading end of the nozzle 6 and high voltage negative charge is applied to the material 1 to be flocked 1 to form a high voltage electric field. Subsequently, when compressed air of about 2 atm. is injected from the nozzle 6 and piles 5 are injected from the nozzle 6 by said compressed air, the piles 5 come into contact with the electrodes 4 to be charged to flock the conductive adhesive of the corner part 2 with the piles 5. As a result, even when the corner part 2 is provided to the inner surface of the material 1 to be flocked, the corner part 2 can easily be flocked with the piles 5.

"Prior Art" In the conventional electrostatic flocking method, the pile, which is charged when it touches a positive electrode, is attracted to the negative electrode surface (adhesive surface) and then flocked. However, since the negative electrode surfaces are close to each other at the inner corners of the flocked material, a repulsive electric field is generated, and the positive charge piles are kept away, making it difficult to flock the inner corners. Therefore, the inventor of the present application attempted to inject the pile onto the above-mentioned corner portion from a nozzle using pressurized air, but there was a problem that it was not sufficient.

"Means for Solving the Problems" In order to achieve the above object, the present invention applies a conductive adhesive to the inner corner of the flocked material, and passes an electrode through the corner to spray the pile. Flocking method according to the above-mentioned invention, in which a conductive adhesive in which metal powder is mixed with an adhesive is applied. The flocking method according to the above-mentioned first or second invention, characterized in that the method is characterized in that the conductive adhesive is applied by a jet nozzle. ``Operation'' Therefore, along with the pressurized air injected from the injection nozzle 6, the high-voltage negative electrode applied to the inner corner 2 of the flocked material 1 is injected onto the charged conductive adhesive 3, and at this time the electrode 4 When the injection pile 5 is given a high positive charge, the repulsive electric field at the corner 2 disappears due to the conduction within the conductive adhesive 3, so the injected charge pile 5 is applied to the corner 2. An electric field is applied to the conductive adhesive 3 of the corner 2, and the corner 2 is flocked in the same way as the other flat parts 7.7.

"Example" A conductive adhesive 3 mixed with metal powder such as aluminum is applied to the inner corner part 2 of the flocked material 1 (cotton) made of a metal plate or a non-metal plate, and the other flat parts 7.7 It is sufficient to apply an ordinary non-conductive adhesive 3'. Then, as shown in FIG. 1, an injection nozzle 6 is directed from the inside to the corner 2, a fence-shaped high-voltage positive electrode 4 is attached to the tip of the nozzle 6, and a high-voltage negative electrode is attached to the flocked material 1. A high-voltage electric field is formed in a charged state, and pressurized air of about 2 atmospheres is ejected from the nozzle 6, and when the pile 5 is ejected from the nozzle 6 along with the pressurized air, the pile 5 touches the electrode 4. Charged corner part 2
The fibers are flocked to the conductive adhesive 3 of. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the nozzle 6 and the electrode 4 may be separated, or as shown in FIG.
The nozzles 6 are connected to the upper plate 8' and the left and right side plates, respectively, and the flocked material 1 is suspended in the cylindrical electrode 4, and is moved along the rail 9 (earth side) parallel to the processing cylinder 8. Form a continuous flocking device. The conductive adhesive 3 may be one that is not based on metal powder. In FIG. 4, numeral 10 is a stacking table for the pile 5, 1) is an excess pile collecting hopper, and 12 is a suction pipe.
